The oil painting founding ceremony was created by the painter Dong Yu 1952. It depicts the grand occasion of the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC) in 1949+00+00. There are eleven people who can be clearly identified in the photos, among whom (Chairman of the Central People's Government) stands in the middle, and Zhu De, Soong Ching Ling, Li, Zhang Lan and Gao Gang (six vice-chairmen) are counted from the left in the first row. Zhu De was followed by (Premier the State Council), Lin (Secretary-General of the Central People's Government Committee), Soong Ching Ling, Shen Junru (Dean the Supreme People's Court) and Li, Guo Moruo (Director of the State Council Culture and Education Committee).
