Historical Legend of Yutoudong Village
According to legend, in the first year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1368), a young Dong man surnamed Yang led a hunting dog to drive the mountain. When driving up the mountain to the taro area, the hounds lay on a lawn and refused to leave. The host was very helpless and had to say, I threw the food into the air three times. If you can catch it, we will stay at home. As a result, all the hounds failed, and the young man kept his promise, cut down trees in taro and set up a tent, and settled down. In the 11th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1378), the young man married a woman who escaped and hid in the mountains. The girl is good at singing and dancing, and it is said that she has brought Lu Sheng's performance skills. Couples have children, and they breed the Yang clan. The "Sa Sui Tan" in the remaining villages was built to worship the old woman.
