The total output of coal geology in the mining area is 8.58 billion tons, including 65.438+86 million tons for detailed investigation and 380 million tons for fine investigation. There are mainly lean coal and lean coal, and the industrial use of coal is mainly used for power generation. The traffic in the mining area is convenient, and the Guo-Tiexi (An)-Hou (Ma) line passes through the eastern part of the mining area. The west (An)-Yan (An) line goes up along the Luohe River and crosses the western boundary of the mining area; There are two special lines for coal transportation in the mining area, connecting the production mines. National Highway 108, Xihan Highway and Huangwei Highway all pass through the mining area, forming a highway network. The mines under the Mining Bureau and Chang are connected by mining roads.

II. Overview of Hecheng Mining Area

Hecheng mining area is one of the third-line projects of 1970 construction. Hecheng Mining Bureau was established in 1974, with five pairs of mines, with a designed annual production capacity of 3.5 million tons and an approved annual production capacity of 960,000 tons. There are No.2 Mine, Dongjiahe Mine and Quanjiahe Mine in the west area; There are Wangcun Mine and Wangcun Inclined Shaft in the east. There is a Jian 'an Engineering Department in the mining area, and the mining area is equipped with a machine shop, a railway transportation office, a medical center, a technical school, a diversified operating company, an electric power center, an education center, a property center, a material supply company, a mine rescue team and a public security department. There are also sales, geological prospecting, forestry, information, communications and other operating companies. There are 20822 employees and their families, 7289 1 person. By the end of 2006, there were 10636 registered employees and 1359 laid-off and retained labor relations.

Hecheng Coal Industry Co., Ltd. and Hecheng Mining Bureau are currently implementing the management mode of one institution and two brands. The company (bureau) is located in Chengcheng County and Heyang County, Shaanxi Province, in the east of Weibei coalfield. The mining area is 67 kilometers long from east to west and 30 kilometers wide from north to south, covering an area of about 17 18 square kilometers. Mining Bureau was established in February of 1970 and in June of 1974. Hecheng Coal Industry Co., Ltd. was established in August 2005. The company has five pairs of production mines with an annual approved production capacity of 3.4 million tons. Chengcheng County has No.2 Mine, Quanmei Company, Dongjiahe Mine and Wangcun Inclined Shaft, and Heyang County has a mining company.

Hecheng Coal Company has nine secondary units, namely: Mining Company, Dongjiahe Mine, No.2 Mine, Quanmei Company, Wangcun Inclined Shaft, Railway Transportation Office, Power Center, Material Supply and Marketing Company and diversified companies. The existing Hecheng Mining Bureau has six secondary units, namely, property center, education center, medical center, technical school, Wangcun community and Quanjiahe community. After the restructuring, there are three corporate enterprises with diversified investments, namely: Hecheng Weinan Yu Xia Construction and Installation Co., Ltd., Hecheng Weinan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Hecheng Tianyu Geological Exploration Co., Ltd.

Four. Work measures in recent years

First, implement the strategy of rejuvenating the bureau through science and technology, unswervingly promote the mechanization of mining, equip the inclined shafts of No.2 Mine and Wangcun Mine with high-grade mechanized mining equipment, and equip mining companies with two sets of fully mechanized mining equipment. All mines are equipped with fully mechanized mining equipment, and the level of technical equipment has made a new breakthrough, and the level of coal mining mechanization has increased from 36% in 2002 to 65%; Second, the standardization of safety and quality has been persistent, and the basic work of safety has become increasingly stable. In 2005, the mining company was named as the safety and quality standardization demonstration mine of Shaanxi Coal Industry Group Company, and the inclined shaft of Wangcun reached the first-class standardization mine, and the safety mortality rate of the whole company (bureau) was 0.38 1. In 2006, the safety work was basically stable, and it is expected to fully complete the safety work objectives issued by the group company; The third is to deepen internal reform and reorganize and integrate internal resources. In recent years, we have integrated primary and secondary schools run by enterprises and established education centers; Stripped off the social insurance institutions of secondary units such as the mine office and established the social insurance office; Unified management of primary medical institutions and integration of medical resources; Stripped off the property management work of grass-roots secondary units and took charge of the overall property. On August 6, 2005, Hecheng Coal Industry Co., Ltd. was established, which marked a solid step in the overall restructuring of the enterprise. Starting from the organs of the Mining Bureau, streamline the merged offices (the production department, power department, ventilation department and dispatching room are merged into the production technology department, the organization department, the propaganda department and the Youth League Committee are merged into the work department of the Party Committee, and the People's Armed Forces Department and the Comprehensive Management Office are merged into the security department of the People's Armed Forces Department) to reduce the management level. At present, the internal personnel have been put in place and the work has entered a formal stage. At the same time, taking the bankruptcy and reorganization of Wangcun Mine as an opportunity, the restructuring of machinery manufacturing, construction and installation, printing, geological exploration and other enterprises was accelerated, and Hecheng Mining Company, Hecheng Weinan Machinery Manufacturing Company, Yusha Company and Tianyu Company were established successively, and the enterprise reform took initial steps; Fourth, do a good job in production continuity, organize production scientifically and rationally, implement internal market-oriented management, and achieve new economic and technical indicators.
