Legal analysis: When an employee is employed, the employer should sign a labor contract with the employee and establish employee files. Employees can't take their files with them after leaving their jobs, including your resume, copy of ID card, resignation certificate, medical report, etc. The employer will keep these materials for at least 2 years according to the specific circumstances, and then destroy them uniformly. During this period, the employer is responsible for the personal information security of the resigned employees.
