1882 (the eighth year of Guangxu in Qing dynasty), the policy of "reclaiming land and consolidating borders" was implemented, and six villages were established in Xiaosuifen Village, east of Ningguta and Suiyang area.
1898 (in the 24th year of Guangxu reign of Qing dynasty), the construction of the Middle East Railway began, and the sixth station was set up from Vladivostok, which people used to call "six stations".
The "publicity time" in Qing Dynasty was under the jurisdiction of Suifen Hall and Dongning Hall.
After the founding of the Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Dongning County.
1922, Zhang Zongchang, a warlord from Fengxi, became the garrison of Suining, and stationed tens of thousands of troops in Suifenhe area. In order to raise wages, widely plant poppies and open casinos, farmers from other provinces poured in, the population of the town soared, and the cultivated land developed to three or four kilometers.
After the fall of Northeast China, Xiaosuifenbao was established in 1934, and the pseudo-Dongning County Office was established here in 1938. Because it is located on the north bank of Xiaosuifen River, it was named Suiyang Office, and it was renamed Suiyang from now on.
1June, 939, the puppet Manchukuo established Suiyang County, which was the residence of the puppet county government and changed to Suiyang Street.
1945 After the victory of "93" War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, it became the * * * resident of Suiyang County in February of 1946, still called Suiyang Street.
1948 10, Suiyang county was merged into dongning county, and the second district was established as the resident of this district.
In the same year, Suiyang Forestry Bureau was established on the south bank of Xiaosuifen River, and the industrial population gradually increased.
After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), it is still the second district. 1May, 956, divided into townships and set up Suiyang Town.
1September, 958, merged with Jinchang and Xilinhe Township to form Shuguang People's Commune, and later changed to Suiyang Commune.
1March, 962, Suiyang Town Commune, Jinchang Commune and Xilianhe Commune were established respectively.
Suiyang Town Commune was renamed Suiyang Town on 1984.
