Anji White Tea, also known as White Leaf Tea, is a kind of green tea, which is produced in Anji County, Zhejiang Province, China. Although the name has the word "white tea", it is actually a unique green tea variety. The history of Anji white tea can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty, with a history of 1000 years. Excellent quality, fresh and refreshing taste, known as "treasures in tea."

Anji White Tea is produced in Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The main producing areas are Tianhuangping, Longwangshan and Tianzi Lake. Tea gardens in these areas are more than 800 meters above sea level, with fertile soil, rich organic matter, abundant sunshine and fresh air, which provide unique conditions for the growth of Anji white tea. The production technology of Anji white tea is very particular, which is divided into five steps: picking, withering, deactivating enzymes, rolling and drying.
