What is the historical allusion of Huan Xuan Uprising?
At the end of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, Hui Ji Wang Sima Dao gave the father and son exclusive power. In 398 ad. Huan Wen's son Huan Xuan and others rose up in revolt. Huan Xuan took the opportunity to expand its power, claiming to occupy two-thirds of the territory of the Eastern Jin Dynasty. In 402, Huan Xuan defeated Sima's army and took control of the state affairs. In 403, Huan Xuan proclaimed himself emperor and changed his name to Chu. Soon, Emperor Wu of Song, the general of the northern government soldiers, drove Huan Xuan away and restored the throne of Emperor Jin 'an, causing chaos.
