(1) Wang County Pinfurong Tea During the Yongjian period of the Ming Dynasty, Huguang Yiyang County made an order to inspect the people's feelings in Anhua. One evening, he came to the foot of Furong Mountain. Looking for a farmhouse to stay, I saw a monk coming. Magistrate Wang greeted him with courtesy and invited him to stay. The elder said, "I am the elder of Furong Temple. The temple is on the hillside. Please come with me. " Along the way, the green tea in the bamboo basket carried by the elders exudes fragrance from time to time. When they arrived at Furong Temple, the elders led the magistrate into the meditation room and made tea in person to show their respect for the guests. King magistrate of a county took the tea, looking like a pine needle. While boiling water, he saw the hot air turn around the bowl and then rise from the center of the bowl. When it grows to about two feet high, it becomes a white hibiscus flower. Later, Bai Furong slowly rose into a cloud and finally dissipated in a wisp of hot air. Suddenly, the elegant fragrance filled the meditation room. The magistrate of a county was dumbfounded and praised again and again: "It's really a treasure in the mountains and rare in the world." The elder took the porcelain cup and said, "Guest, please have tea." . King magistrate of a county carefully tasted the bowl with both hands, and found that the tea soup was pure and thick, delicious and fresh, and the pine needles stood upright and thriving in the soup. "Excuse me, senior, what is this tea called?" The elder sighed, "This is a specialty of Furong Mountain, called Furong Tea. There is also a sad story about its origin? "
(2) The story of hibiscus tea The elder told the story of hibiscus tea hurting the heart: In the early years, there lived a beautiful girl with a face like hibiscus on Furong Mountain, who grew tea with her elderly mother for a living. The tea she grows is very fragrant, and people near and far like to drink her tea. However, she only gives tea to the poor, not to the rich. One spring, Miss Furong was picking tea, and Mr. Wang, the rich man at the foot of the mountain, took a bunch of lackeys up the mountain and forced her to make tea. Stubborn girl Furong resolutely refused. She was so angry that the monkey outside Mr. Wang was livid that she ordered the dog to beat her and throw her into the tea forest. The young man in the village, Meiji, went up the mountain to help Miss Furong pick tea and found her lying bloody in the tea forest. Because of the serious injury, he just said, "Brother Zhi, bury me in this tea garden." He passed away. Meiji buried her in the tea garden according to her will. Soon, Miss Furong's old mother died of illness. The next spring, a tea seedling grew on Miss Furong's grave, and a spring water appeared under it. One night, Miss Furong asked Meiji to pick seedlings from her grave in Grain Rain, which would lead to a long life. Zhiyue picked up a cup of tea according to her dream, and after the heat rose, it became a hibiscus flower. When she drank a cup of tea, she only felt mellow and fresh ... The elder continued with tears: "I am the Meiji, vowed never to marry, cut my hair and became a monk, and built this temple next to Miss Furong's grave."
(3) Xiangyin County Order failed to be rewarded. Magistrate Wang stayed in Furong Temple for one night and returned to the county government the next day. Before leaving, the elders presented a pack of hibiscus green tea and a gourd spring water. And repeatedly enjoined: "hibiscus tea will only have the miracle of hibiscus if it is brewed with hibiscus spring water." On the second day after Wang Zhi Xian returned to the county government, he happened to inquire for the magistrate of Xiangyin. Magistrate Wang immediately ordered a letter to take hibiscus tea to entertain his classmates. I saw boiling water brewing in a tea bowl, and the miracle of hibiscus appeared. Xiangyin county magistrate repeatedly said, "fairy tea, fairy tea!" " King magistrate of a county told him the origin of this matter. Before he left, magistrate Wang sent half of hibiscus tea to his classmates and friends. It is said that the magistrate of Xiangyin County is an official fan. After he got the hibiscus tea, he rushed to Beijing overnight and asked the emperor for credit and reward. The emperor listened to the play and announced that the tea man went to the temple. After asking the details, he ordered the tea to be tested immediately. Xiangyin magistrate of a county hastily brewed, after boiling water into the cup, tea began to fall, no wonder of hibiscus. Yan Long was furious: "Little magistrate of a county, how dare you tease me? Damn you! " The magistrate of Xiangyin said with trepidation, "This tea is from my good friend Wang Shouren, the magistrate of Yiyang. I'm just running errands, seeking long life and tolerance. " We can know when Wang Shouren will come to Beijing.
(4) Wang magistrate tasted hibiscus tea, and when the emperor heard it, he rushed to Beijing. King magistrate of a county received the imperial edict, and like monk Zhang Er, he came to Kyoto day and night. On the golden palace, the emperor was furious and rushed to the crown, and the imperial army came forward to bind the magistrate Wang. Magistrate Wang stood upright in the temple and said, "I want to die innocently. I wonder what crime the villain has committed? " At this time, the emperor threw a bag of tea from the dragon case and said, "The crime of deceiving the monarch must be beheaded." Wang Zhi Fairy suddenly realized, choked back his anger and said, "Furong Fairy Tea is a noble thing, and only the holy Furong spring water can create miracles." If your majesty allows the villain to go to furong mountain to get spring water, it will work wonders. When the emperor heard about it, he gave him a month's leave to get the spring water. If he fails, he will be destroyed. Magistrate Wang came to Furong Temple in Anhua day and night and told the elders what had happened. The elder gave the magistrate a gourd filled with hibiscus spring water, and the magistrate thanked the overlords and came to Beijing. Magistrate of a county holding a gourd, leisurely to Jin palace examination tea. He personally took out the spring water from the gourd and boiled it. The emperor said happily, "I see you have made meritorious service by offering tea, and you have been promoted to the governor of Jiangnan." Magistrate Wang returned to the posthouse and was very moved. "。 Hibiscus tea is of good quality. Why didn't I follow suit? I quit my job as a monk and took Meiji as my teacher. I didn't die until I was a hundred years old. The story of hibiscus tea has also been passed down to this day.

There is a Luo Song in Xiuning County, Anhui Province. The tea produced on the mountain is very famous, called Luosong tea. Luosong tea is not only fragrant, but also can really cure diseases. Up to now, there are still many old Chinese medicine practitioners in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Luosongcha is mainly used to treat hypertension and intractable ulcer, and it can also relieve constipation. As for the origin of Luosong tea, it is said that during the Hongwu period in Ming Taizu, there were two large water tanks at the entrance of the Rangfu Temple in Luo Song, which attracted the attention of a pilgrim. Because of the age, the water tank is covered with green duckweeds. The pilgrims came to the temple and told the old abbot that the two water tanks were treasures, and they wanted to buy them for three hundred and twenty gold, and they agreed to pick them up three days later. As soon as the pilgrims left, the old monk was afraid that the water tank would be stolen, so he immediately sent someone to pour out the duckweed water in the water tank, wash it and move it to the temple. Three days later, the pilgrims came and saw that the water tank had been washed, so they said it was clean and useless. The old monk was extremely remorseful, but it was too late. The pilgrims walked out of the temple gate and turned back and said that Baoqi was still in front of the temple gate. The convenient place to pour green water is that planting tea trees will surely produce magical tea leaves. Three cups of this tea can relieve thousands of drunkenness. The old monk planted tea trees according to this instruction, and soon the tea buds were fragrant, so he named them "Luosongcha". Two hundred years later, I arrived in Ming Shenzong, and typhoid dysentery was prevalent in Xiuning area. People came to the temple to burn incense and worship Buddha and pray for the blessing of Bodhisattva. The abbot gave each visitor a bag of pine tea and gave him a "universal prescription" face to face: the minor patients should be brewed with boiling water frequently, and it will be fine in two or three days; If you are seriously ill, fry this tea with ginger, salt and japonica rice until brown, cook it, or grind it and swallow it, and it will be fine in two or three days. Monks in the temple serve local famous tea. Ganlong is good at tea ceremony. When he saw the tea, he couldn't help being surprised. I saw pieces of tender tea in the white jade porcelain bowl, which looked like a sparrow tongue, dark green and fragrant in the green liquid. He took a sip, only to feel the fragrance on his cheeks, unspeakable fragrance. So Qianlong summoned the monk and asked, "What's the name of this tea? Where is it made? " The monk replied, "tell your majesty that this is Longjing tea produced in a small temple." On the spur of the moment, Qianlong walked out of the temple gate, only to see Gong Hu's front hall green as dye, eighteen tea trees sprouting, green and low, and the surrounding mountains rolling like lions. At this time, the dragon was happy. The tea name Longjing and the mountain name Lion Peak all seem to indicate his brilliant achievements, and 18 is an auspicious number. And tea is really pleasing to the eye, sweet and refreshing, so Qianlong named the 18 tea tree in front of Gong Hu Temple as "Imperial Tea" on the spot. Since then, Longjing Tea has gained a good reputation.
The Legend of Longjing Tea and Tiger Running Spring (another version)
Legend has it that when Emperor Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River, he came to the foot of Lion Peak in Longjing, Hangzhou to watch rural women picking tea to show their love. On this day, Emperor Qianlong saw several rural women picking tea in front of a dozen shady tea sheds. He was very happy and learned to pick tea. Just picked one, the eunuch came to report: "The Queen Mother is ill, please hurry back to Beijing." When Emperor Qianlong heard that the Queen Mother was ill, he handed her a handful of tea. I traveled back to Beijing day and night. In fact, it is because the queen mother ate too many delicacies, her anger rose, her eyes were red and swollen, and her stomach upset. She is not seriously ill. At this time, when she saw the arrival of the emperor, she only felt a faint fragrance coming on her face and asked her what good things she had brought. The emperor also felt strange. Where did it come from? He touched it casually. Ah, it turned out to be a handful of tea from Shifeng Mountain in Hangzhou. After a few days, it dried up and the rich aroma came out. The queen mother wants to taste this tea. The maid-in-waiting made tea and sent it to the queen mother. It was really fragrant, and the queen mother took a sip and her eyes immediately felt much more comfortable. After drinking tea, the redness disappeared and the stomach did not swell. The Queen Mother said happily, "Tea from Longjing, Hangzhou." Immediately, it was ordered that eighteen tea trees in front of Gong Hu Temple at the foot of Shifeng Mountain in Longjing, Hangzhou, be named imperial tea, and new tea would be picked every year to pay tribute to the Queen Mother. So far, these eighteen kinds of imperial teas are still preserved in front of Gong Hu Temple in Longjing Village, Hangzhou, and many tourists come to Hangzhou to visit and take photos as a souvenir. Longjing Tea and Tiger Running Spring are known as "Hangzhou Double Wonders". How did Tiger Running Spring come from? It is said that there were two brothers a long time ago. Their elder brothers were Hu Da and Erhu. They have a lot of manpower. One year, they came to Hangzhou and wanted to settle in the small temple where tigers are now rampant. The monk told them that it was difficult to draw water here, and the brothers said that as long as they were alive, we would take care of the water, so the monk took them in. One summer, there was no rain and the stream dried up. The two brothers thought of the "Tongziquan" wandering in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue. If only Tongziquan could move to Hangzhou. The two brothers decided to go to Hengshan and move to Tongziquan. They running all the way, fainted at the foot of Hengshan Mountain. When the storm broke out and the wind stopped raining, they woke up and saw a child standing in front of them with a willow branch. This is the immortal who manages the boy spring. Listen, fairy. The two brothers turned into two colorful tigers, and the child jumped on the tiger's back. Tigers roared in the sky and went straight to Hangzhou with "boy boxing" The old monk and the villagers had a dream at night, dreaming that two tigers turned into two tigers and moved the "Tongziquan" to Hangzhou. At dawn, there is a spring. The next day, the sky was full of flowers, and two tigers fell from the sky. The tigers were in the bamboo forest next to the temple. After the rain stopped, I saw a clear spring spewing out of the deep pit. Everyone knows that this must be the spring water brought to them by Hu Da and Erhu. In memory of Hu Da and Erhu, they named the spring "Tiger Running Spring". Later, for the sake of fluency, it was called "Tiger Running Spring". Longjing tea is soaked in Tiger Running Spring, with good color, fragrance and taste. Today, you can taste this "double unique" drink in the Tiger Run Tea Room.
