Henan Liyuan Coal Coke Group Company was established in 1997, which is a joint-stock enterprise. The group company consists of five companies: Liyuan Coking Company, Liyuan Gas Company, Liyuan Power Generation Company, Tianheng Investment Company and Tianyuan Trading Company. Located in Cecilia Yip Town, a famous historical town in Henan Province, it is the main enterprise in the three major coal chemical industrial clusters in Henan Province. The company has assets of1500 million yuan, covers an area of 1200 mu and employs more than 3,000 people. The main production equipment is two JN43-80 coke ovens; There are two groups of four coke ovens, HXDK55-08F. 14m2 coal washing production line and 1.2Mt/a automatic dense medium coal preparation production line; 3000KW GEnerator sets 1 set, 2,6000 kw generator sets and 2,30,000 kw gas-fired direct-fired generator sets from American ge company; 12000KW waste heat generator set 1. At present, it produces 6.5438+0.7 million tons of high-quality metallurgical coke, 2.4 million tons of clean coal, 65,000 tons of tar, 25,000 tons of crude benzene and 20,000 tons of ammonium sulfate, with an annual output value of 3.5 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 300 million yuan.

In 2004, the company obtained ISO900 1:2000: 2000 quality management system certification, and in 2006, it officially passed the coking industry access announcement of the National Development and Reform Commission. The company's internal management and production equipment have reached the advanced level of the same industry in China. In 2009, the output value was 65.438+0.5 billion yuan, and the profits and taxes were 65.438+0.2 billion yuan.

In April 2009, the new project started, covering an area of 800 mu, mainly including 2 million tons of tamping coke, 200,000 tons of dimethyl ether and a chemical product recovery system. There are also gas-fired power plants with an installed capacity of 72,000 kilowatts, 1 10 kV substations, modern coal plants, coking plants, special railway lines, modern administrative offices and living quarters, with an estimated total investment of1800 million yuan. At the same time, "Henan Liyuan Coal Coke Group Company" was established.

The new project will be implemented in two stages. The first phase of the project broke ground on April 6, 2009, mainly building a 2×55-hole 5.5-meter tamping coke oven, supporting the construction of a chemical product recycling system and corresponding environmental protection facilities, 1 10KV power transmission and transformation project and direct-fired power plant, modern coal bunker, coke yard, special railway line, administrative office and living quarters, with an investment of 900 million yuan. The second phase of the project is to build a 2×55-hole 5.5-meter tamping coke oven, a chemical recovery system and corresponding environmental protection facilities, as well as a project with an annual output of 200,000 tons of dimethyl ether and other supporting facilities, with an investment of 900 million yuan.

After all the projects are completed and put into operation, the Group will form a production scale with an annual output of 2.7 million tons of metallurgical coke, 2.4 million tons of clean coal, 90,000 tons of tar, 35,000 tons of crude benzene, 30,000 tons of ammonium sulfate and 200,000 tons of dimethyl ether, and a power generation capacity of 600 million kWh, with more than 3,000 employees, an estimated annual output value of 7 billion yuan and a profit and tax of about 500 million yuan.
