"Cold Kiln Site" is located on the slope of Honggu Plateau in the southeast of Qujiangchi. It is said that Wang Baochuan once lived here. When Xue Pinggui was fighting in Xiliang, Wang Baochuan lived here alone and waited for her husband's return for eighteen years. Later generations called caves "cold kilns", which means the cold of poverty and the cold of missing her husband. There are twelve caves in Hanyao site, which are divided into upper and lower floors. China's classical painting combined with the most advanced phantom imaging technology was used indoors to restore and display the life and labor scenes of Wang Baochuan at that time and six love stories in Shaanxi history: poems with red leaves, marriage by adoption, love of Qi Mei and Qin Jin, lotus lanterns and peach blossoms with human faces.

It is said that Wang Baochuan often sat on a stone and thought of her husband during her eighteen years in the cold kiln. After the reunion, Xue Pinggui was moved by his wife's kindness, so he named this stone Bingxin Stone. Later, due to the war, Bingxin Stone was unfortunately lost. 1984, when the site of the Cold Kiln was restored, people built a hexagonal pavilion to replace the "Bingxin Stone" and named it "Sifu Pavilion".

Sanjiequan

Wang Baochuan stayed in the cold kiln for eighteen years, and used this spring for cooking, washing clothes, carrying water and growing vegetables, while Wang Baochuan was the third in the family, hence the name "Sanjie Spring". For thousands of years, spring water is abundant and the water quality is sweet.

Zhenlie Hall "Zhenlie Hall" is the old lady Sun Yilian, the mother of General Yang Hucheng in the Republic of China. When General Yang Hucheng advocated the Anti-Japanese War, he used Wang Baochuan spirit to stabilize the rear area of the Anti-Japanese War and inspired the soldiers to fight bravely. Zhenlie Museum shows the artistic carrier of Wang Baochuan's love story in different historical periods, different languages and different artistic expressions at home and abroad, and shows some old photos and ancient books collected from the people, which reflects the people's admiration for the story of Cold Kiln.

Liulinsi

On the west side of Hanyao site is the gate of Liulin Temple. According to Xianning County Records, this place was originally the "Ancient Cave of Notre Dame" in the Sui Dynasty, and was later destroyed by war. During the Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty, a large-scale construction was carried out here, with Buddhist temples and pavilions on the banks of the river. The temple is close at hand, and tourists are in an endless stream. Because the temple is located on the south bank of the gorge, surrounded by willows, it is named Liulin Temple. There are Mahayana Hall and Wenchang Pavilion in Liulin Temple, in which the main hall of Mahayana Hall is dedicated to Buddha Sakyamuni. There are Manjusri Bodhisattva and Pu Xian Bodhisattva on both sides of the Buddha. On the left is Guanyin Bodhisattva, the goddess of Guan Yu in Wu Caishen, and on the right is Wenchang Pavilion, dedicated to wenchang star, the god in charge of human fame and fortune.

Yaomadong

According to legend, Ma Yao Cave is the residence of Ma Yao with red hair. The original cave is168m deep, narrow and tortuous, and the air is cool. According to legend, demon horses in the Tang Dynasty often went out of caves to hurt people. Wang Baochuan's father, Wang Yun, wanted to frame him because he was dissatisfied with his son-in-law, so he recommended Pinggui to give this demon horse to the Tang Emperor. I didn't expect Pinggui to ride a horse, so he surrendered to the red mane demon horse in one fell swoop and got a reward from the Tang King, hence the name Yaoma Cave.

Earth Site Protection Exhibition Site

The cliff body of Hanyao site is an organic part of Hanyao site, which reflects the original features of Hanyao site and the original landform of loess gully, and has dual values of cultural relics and nature.

Hanyao business district
