Are there any allusions to Xunli Gate, Juren Gate and Dazhimen in Wuhan?
The history of these doors can be traced back to the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty. At that time, Taiping Army and Nian Army were active in Wuhan, and local authorities built castles to resist the rebels. 1864 opened eight fort gates, namely, from west to east: Daiyumen, Side Gate, Juren, Youyi Gate, Lixun Gate, Dazhimen, Tongji Gate and Side Gate. 1907 demolished the fort to repair the railway. Xunlimen Station was built in 19 16. It was originally a small station on the Jing-Han line, mainly used for freight transportation. 199 1 year, with the relocation of the old Hankou Railway Station (Dazhimen Station), Xunlimen Station was also discontinued.

At present, Dazhimen still retains the old station, and Wuhan Metro and Wuhan Dingyun will cooperate here to build the "Dazhimen Cultural and Art Business Center" project; Jurenmen is now a key station on Zhongshan Avenue in Wuhan. Xunlimen is now the station of Wuhan Metro 1 Line. Sanmen also plays an important role in today's Wuhan, waiting for a century to witness the revival of Great Wuhan.
