How awesome is the Spring Palace in Qing Dynasty?
There are similarities and differences between Chunwangfu and other princes' residences. The same place means large scale and many houses; The difference is that there is generally only one other sovereign government, and there are three alcohol palaces. One is located in Dongli, Taiping Lake, Xicheng District, Beijing, one is located in the northern edge of Houhai, Xicheng District, Beijing, and the other is located in the northwest corner of Zhongnanhai.

Spring Palace, located in Dongli, Taiping Lake, Xicheng District, Beijing, was newly built. Its history can even be traced back to the early Qing Dynasty. At that time, it was also the home of the Pearl of the University of Wuying Hall during the Kangxi period. Nalan Xingde, the eldest son of Mingzhu, grew up in a house and became a famous poet.

During the Qianlong period, the Pearl family declined, and his house was coveted by the powerful minister Xiao Shenyang. Little Shenyang invaded Pearl's garden. Of course, Xiao Shenyang didn't live in the house for a long time, so he was taken down by Emperor Jiaqing and all his property was confiscated. This house was given to Prince Yong Cheng by Emperor Jiaqing.

After Pearl House Garden became a "married Wang Fu", the court expanded the married Wang Fu according to the regulations of Wang Fu, forming a huge building covering an area of nearly 40,000 square meters. This mansion consists of three courtyards, namely, the middle courtyard, the east courtyard and the west courtyard, and its structure is similar to that of Prince Gong and Qing Dynasty. At the same time, there is also a garden surrounded by green trees, green grass and running water for the palace people to rest.

During the Tongzhi period, Yi Xuan, the Prince of Alcohol, was favored by Empress Dowager Cixi and gave this house garden. Since then, this house has become an "alcohol palace".

We know that Yi Xuan, the prince of alcohol, gave birth to seven sons. Among them, the second son, Zai Tian, was chosen by Empress Dowager Cixi and became the successor of Emperor Tongzhi, the later Emperor Guangxu. After Emperor Guangxu ascended the throne, according to the rules formulated by Yongzheng, the place where the emperor was born or lived belonged to "Qianlong House", and people were not allowed to live. Either converted into palaces and temples, or simply left vacant-Yong Zhengdi was born in Qin Yong Wangfu. After he acceded to the throne, half of Qin Yong Wangfu was changed to the upper house of the Imperial Corner, and the other half was used as a palace. The upper house of the Yellow Sect was later changed to the Lama Temple. Therefore, Yi Xuan, the Prince of Alcohol, moved out of the Alcohol Palace and rebuilt a palace on the northern edge of Houhai.

This new wine house is called "North House", and the original wine house is called "South House".

189 1 year 1 month 1 day, Yi Xuan, Prince of Alcohol, died in Beifu at the age of 5 1 year. Zai Feng, the fifth son of Yi Xuan and Fang Fujin, became the new owner of Beifu. Zai Feng was very clever when he was young.

1900 On May 22nd, the German ambassador to China, Cleander, was shot and killed in a street clash with the Qing foreign guns. 190 1 year, the first paragraph of Article 1 of the "Xin Chou Treaty" signed by Qing Prince Yi Kuang and Zhili Governor Li Hongzhang explicitly requested the Qing government to send a prince to Germany to apologize to German Emperor William II. This task was finally given to 18 year old Zai Feng.

During his stay in Germany, Zai Feng refused to bow to the Kaiser and made a reasonable protest. He also said that "I would rather die in the West Sea than kneel down to the Kaiser", winning praise and successfully completing the task.

Zai Feng, like his father, has a strong fertility, and gave birth to four sons and seven daughters in his life. Among them, the eldest son Puyi was chosen by Empress Dowager Cixi as the successor of the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty, Emperor Guangxu of Xuan Tong.

1909, Emperor Guangxu died of illness, and Puyi acceded to the throne. As Puyi was born in Beifu soldiers, Zai Feng and others can no longer live in Beifu soldiers. Therefore, the court allocated a piece of land in the northwest corner of Zhongnanhai to Zai Feng to build a new alcohol palace. As Zai Feng was named Regent, the Spring Festival Palace was also called Regent's Palace.

The rules of the Regent's House are similar to those of the Northern House, including the Middle Road, the East Road and the West Road. Due to the huge project, by the end of Qing Dynasty 19 12, the Regent's Palace had not been built.
