I was moved because the country was still very poor at that time and basically had no spare money to engage in these cultural and artistic things. At that time, people's ideas were also very backward, and building such an art wall was in danger of being criticized. However, the leaders of Deyang city actually did this, leaving this cultural and artistic treasure for Deyang. Coincidentally, in the 1980s, the leaders of Shuangliu County in Chengdu decided to dig lakes to make mountains, and built a Tanghu Park in the center of Shuangliu, which left a beautiful park for Shuangliu today and created the green lung of the city.
