In fact, in history, Yin Zhiping did exist, and the real Yin Zhiping was quite different from the image in the novel. Yin Shiping is the sixth generation of Quanzhen religion. He has been adhering to the legacy of his ancestors, forbearance, humility, suffering and benefiting others. Yin Zhiping is a true Taoist, diligent in teaching others, strict with himself, not praising Li Rong, and indifferent to others.

Such a national hero has become a wretched man in Jin Yong's works, and Mr. Jin Yong once felt sorry for it and publicly apologized. Later, the indecent little dragon girl in the new version of Legend of the Condor Heroes became her younger brother Zhen. Although this practice is the reason why Yin Zhiping is immortal, the audience is more impressed by the classic version, so we should remember that the plot of the novel is pure fiction.
