Jiaozi originated from the ancient trough. Jiaozi, formerly known as "Joule", is said to have been first invented by Zhang Zhongjing, a doctor in China, with a history of 1800 years. Jiaozi is a traditional special food deeply loved by the Han people in China, the staple food of the people in northern China, the local snacks and the food for the New Year.
There is a folk song called "Xiao Han, eat jiaozi for the New Year". The so-called pork fennel jiaozi is a jiaozi made of fennel, pork and other ingredients. Fennel, formerly known as Xiaohuaixiang, is also known as Xiang Si cuisine, fennel, fennel seeds, ancient incense (Sichuan, Guizhou) and Hunxiang. The stems and young leaves of fennel can be used as vegetables and condiments. Fennel is the dried and mature fruit of fennel.
