There are mainly four ethnic groups in Europe, not three, namely Germans, Slavs, Celts and Latins, as follows:

Germans, together with Celts and Slavs, were called the three barbarians in Europe by the Romans during the Roman Empire, and they are also one of the representative nationalities in Europe today.

Now Germans, Austrians, Swiss, Anglo-Saxons (English), Dutch, Norwegians, Danes, Swedes and Icelanders are all Germans, and the language of Germans, Austrians and Swiss is German.

2. Slavs
