The meeting of Jinggangshan refers to the autumn harvest uprising led by Mao Zedong, the southern Hunan uprising led by Zhu De and Chen Yi, and the Nanchang uprising led by He Long, which successfully joined forces in Jinggangshan (formerly Longshi Town, Ninggang County) on April 28th1928 (March 9th), which is a major historical event in the history of China People's Liberation Army.
