Visit terracotta warriors and horses

During the summer vacation, I visited Xi and the Terracotta Warriors.

Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses are a large number of buried figurines around the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor, which is unique in the history of sculpture at all times and in all countries. Its discovery shocked the world. French President Jacques Chirac once left a message saying: "The discovery of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses in Qin Dynasty, the original seven wonders of the world, can be said to be the eighth wonder." That's true. Walking into the Terracotta Warriors 1 pit, I was really surprised to see such a spectacular sight.

According to the tour guide, the No.1 pit of Qin Shihuang is rectangular, with a length of 230 meters from east to west, a width of 62 meters from north to south and a depth of about 5 meters, with a total area of 14260 square meters and inclined doorways on all sides. Most of the terracotta warriors and horses are in the pit, about 1.7 meters high, and the highest is 1.9 meters. The Terracotta Warriors and Horses are about 1.5 meters high and 2 meters long. The size of the chariots is the same as that of practical vehicles. People, carriages and army formations are all represented by realistic art.

I carefully observed the terracotta warriors and horses, only to find their exquisiteness: the hair of the terracotta warriors and horses is carved one by one, and the eyebrows, eyes and nose are as lifelike as real people. The armor of the figurines is very thick and stacked together. The tour guide explained that the armor design of the army and horses had a purpose. With this design, people will not be bound by armor when fighting and charging, and they can fight easily. Oh, I see. However, people in reality need such armor, and even the terracotta warriors and horses are "wearing" such exquisite armor. Qin Shihuang's design of Terracotta Warriors was really strict. The guide told me that this armor is nothing. Look at every terracotta warrior carefully. I did it. I found that each terracotta warrior looks and poses differently. Did you find out? ! The tour guide said with a smile, 1, No.2 and No.3 pits are so many terracotta warriors and horses that none of them are exactly the same! Oh, I'm surprised.

We visited the past bit by bit with the guide. These terracotta warriors and horses have different attitudes: some are calm and resolute, some are brave and fearless, some are charitable and smiling, and some are fierce, which is really lifelike. Those who wear narrow-sleeved combat jackets, waist-length short armor, tight animal shoes and windproof hats are obviously warning cavalry. There are also knights wearing Hu clothes, armor, soft hats and booties, holding a bow in one hand; Wearing a long crown, two arms stretched forward, hands tied in a bun, skilled in imperial hands; A subordinate commander with a long crown, a shirt, a long armor and a hook in his hand; There was a general wearing a crown, colorful scales and a sword in both hands.

The tour guide explained that these were painted terracotta warriors and horses, but unfortunately these colors were oxidized three days after they were unearthed. I think the Terracotta Warriors must be more magical and realistic.

……

Walking out of the Terracotta Warriors pit, I was very excited. Finally, I saw the spectacular scene of Terracotta Warriors and Horses Pit, which showed the wisdom crystallization of ancient people in China! Yes, you haven't been to Xi 'an without seeing the Terracotta Warriors!
