In the past 20 years in our country, all parties have been killing each other. Who is a thief and who is not? If you wanted to kill him, why did he let you kill him? It will sacrifice the lives of soldiers and people on both sides in exchange for the name of an empty country and people. The whole world is like this, and so am I. Why learn Buddhism? All sides kill each other. Who is a thief and who is not? If you wanted to kill him, why did he let you kill him? It will sacrifice the lives of soldiers and people on both sides in exchange for the name of an empty country and people. The world is like this, so am I, so why is it so expensive to learn Buddhism? It means that as disciples of Buddhism, we live in a world of five evils, and we should do all the good, not all the evil. Personally, I always think that not all Buddhist scriptures are said by Buddha.

Because the contents of Buddhist scriptures are described in five identities: Buddhism, Buddhism disciples, immortals, ghosts and changes, this is clearly manifested in Buddhist scriptures.

Buddhism is a religion that advocates rationality. I don't want you to blindly accept religious beliefs. Black is black and white is white. If you believe blindly, it is superstition. Therefore, regardless of the fact that both Japan and China know that Mahayana is not a Buddha, Buddhists in Japan and China are followers of Mahayana Buddhism, and they firmly believe in and carry forward the teachings of Mahayana. What is the reason?

Buddhism advocates the spirit of "not relying on people according to law". Buddhism believes that what is not said by Buddha is not necessarily Buddhism (as disciples say, etc. ), and Buddhism is not necessarily what the Buddha says (such as Buddha's opening the light, changing his heart, raising his hand, lifting his feet, taking care of the patient, etc.). Therefore, the life of the Buddha, the words and teachings of the Buddha, and the dialogue between disciples sealed by the Buddha have also become Buddhism, which can be seen everywhere in the Ministry of Law and the Ministry of Ahan.

Generally speaking, Agama's lessons are still close to the original state, but because of the early Buddhist scriptures, most of them were passed down orally, and it was not until hundreds of years after the extinction of the Buddha that recorded classics appeared. Therefore, in the process of teacher-to-teacher transmission, the possibility of misinformation and loss is beyond doubt; Some people actually recorded everything after Agama destroyed the Buddha, and the beginning of the scripture is still in the form of "smelling like this", which is not the tone of the master Ananda.

For example, the deeds of the Four Evil Kings recorded in Za agama Volume 25640 are due to the fact that before Ashoka, Greek soldiers invaded India, it was between tens and hundreds of years after the extinction of the Buddha, not the thousand years as mentioned. This is obviously not the theory of the Buddha, but the persistence of future generations. As for the biography of King Ashoka in Zaagama, it has long been verified that it was not all in Zaagama, but was inserted by later generations.

Scriptures like this, of course, are not Buddhist, and we readily admit it. But on the whole, Agama, especially Zaagama, is the most credible Buddhist scripture. As for the idea that it must be regarded as a 100% Buddhist confession, I believe it is unnecessary. Because, in the book of Agama, there are many stories told by disciples and records of the life of monks in Buddhist society. Why do you have to think that what Buddha says is Buddhism? Therefore, I think the spirit of Japanese scholars to recognize the truth is admirable; The results of their research with the method of historical evolution are also worthy of respect. As for some people who think that it is not Buddhism but "apocrypha", it is his deliberate distortion.

Speaking of Mahayana classics, there is no doubt that Mahayana classics became the spread of words, but only after the Buddha died 500 years ago. So, I don't believe in Mahayana Buddhist scriptures? On the contrary, I attach great importance to Mahayana Sutra. During my stay in Yan Guan, I recited the Huayan Sutra every day and worshipped the Buddhist Society.

This should discuss the form and content of Mahayana Sutra.

Judging from the form of Mahayana Sutra, it is undoubtedly the product of the second period of Indian Buddhism (the second 500 years), but the works produced in the second period are not necessarily the elements of the second period. Just like Qin Zhou's story was written in today's style, it can't be said that this style is modern, and Qin Zhou's story is also made up by modern people! Therefore, there is no doubt that the original materials of Mahayana classics are from the Buddha's heart.

The spread of Mahayana classics must have been handed down from master to apprentice in the early days, and even some highly dedicated Buddhist disciples sat on the mountain for hundreds of years, and then when someone asked for Dharma, they memorized the classics they knew. Legend has it that the dragon tree entered the snow-capped mountains and got Mahayana scriptures from the old monk, which can illustrate this point.

Of course, the first stage of Indian Buddhism (500 years after the Buddha) was under the control of Hinayana monks, and their thoughts were free. They advocated that the Mahayana Sutra of the spirit of bodhisattva at home would not be welcomed by Hinayana monks. Therefore, the master of modern Taixu called it the period of "small behavior and great concealment". Mahayana classics may therefore be hidden outside the monk group and passed down orally by family members.

What is passed down by word of mouth will never remain the same. There is no doubt that the content of Mahayana Sutra contains the elements of future generations' participation and the thoughts of the times. However, if Mahayana is not credible because of this, it is all wet. I want to ask: When your mother gave birth to you, were you still the same as now? Or is there someone else? Is it the same? Still different? Your mother loves you. What about you? If you were not insane, of course you would say: You were born to your mother when you were a child, but you are stronger, smarter and more useful when you grow up; However, your lineage will never become another person when you grow up.

Mahayana Buddhism is more respectable and lovely than Hinayana Buddhism because it is mature and respectable. Especially after the inheritance of Dragon Tree, Wuwu and China's past masters, it will continue to be carried forward and enriched until today and forever. This is the spirit of Mahayana Buddhism, and this is the other side of Mahayana Buddhism.

Buddhism and non-Buddhism, not the concern of Buddhism; What Buddhism stresses is: Does it conform to the principles of Buddhism? As long as it conforms to Buddhism, it doesn't matter whether the Buddha said it or not.

Buddhism was not created from Buddha's mouth because of his theory. Buddhism spreads all over San Ji. As long as it can be found, it is Buddhism. The Buddha encouraged his disciples to explain (Za Agama, Volume 38, Sutra 1069, Volume 41, Sutra 1 138; Add Agama, Volume 23, Volume 100, etc. ), the disciple said that it is not just chanting Buddha language; If you tell everyone what you really know, it is also Buddhism. So the Buddha said, "What I said is like dust on my paws, and what I didn't say is like dirt."

It can be seen that Buddhism has solved the problems of Buddhism and non-Buddhism from the beginning. Now some people want to use this question to deny Buddhism, it's not in vain!

He thought it was a weakness of Buddhism, but he didn't know it was a strength of Buddhism. Buddhism does not regard this problem as a castle, but he has tried his best to attack it. Isn't that ridiculous?

Master Yin Shun is very insightful on the question that Mahayana Buddhism is not Buddhism. Readers may wish to refer to the book Mahayana is Buddhism published by Zheng Wen Institution 19501February, which is a special study, but this article is only a little guidance.

In fact, the value of a book or an idea can never be judged by the concept of "idol". If you want to explore the roots of life in the universe, you might as well cut off the kudzu vine that you know everything alone. China's Zen Buddhism has such charm. Buddha or magic, everything is the individual knowledge of an ordinary person.
