Immigrant culture

After the Qing people entered the customs, they implemented a special protection policy for the northeast, where they were "Longxing", and prohibited customs personnel from leaving the customs at will and settling in the northeast within Shanhaiguan. The intention of "banning" Northeast China lasted for about 200 years. The culture of this period is called closed-door culture, and the culture dominated by refugees represents the Kanto culture of the Qing Dynasty, so it is also called "refugee culture".

Haidong culture

Ning 'an was once the capital of Bohai State founded by ancient ethnic minorities-Longquan House in Shangjing. Bohai State is a local political power subordinate to the Tang Dynasty, which ruled the Northeast for more than 200 years. Because the Bohai Sea was deeply influenced by the culture of the Central Plains, it imitated the laws and regulations of the Tang Dynasty and absorbed the civilization of the Tang Dynasty, and finally developed into a powerful "Haidong Guo Sheng". It not only has strong political, economic and military strength, but also has unprecedented cultural prosperity, especially spiritual and cultural achievements, which are more prominent in the Central Plains and Japan at that time. This is the famous "Haidong Culture".
