1. Mobile banking/online banking:
Customers can find the bound card on the mobile banking client of the issuing bank or the personal account page of online banking, which can be found through the query option of transfer and remittance records, and directly display the transfer details of the transferred card in the last month. If you want to query the historical transfer records, you can accurately select the transfer time and filter it out.
2. outlets:
If there is an offline business outlet of the issuing bank near the work and residence, the customer can also directly bring the bank card and personal ID card to the outlet counter to find the staff to apply for inquiry; Or you can check it in the self-service machine in the business hall.
3. Telephone:
There are two kinds of bank cards: credit card and debit card.
The difference between the two:
1, the cardholder's name pinyin and credit card expiration date are printed on the front of the credit card, but there is no cardholder's name pinyin on the front of the savings card, and most savings cards have no expiration date on them;
2. Credit card numbers are embossed, while savings cards are mostly flat fonts (of course, this is not absolute, and many debit cards are embossed numbers now).
3. The credit card signature column has 7 digits, but most savings cards do not;
4. There is a laser anti-counterfeiting label on the back of the credit card, but there is almost no savings card;
5. Almost all credit cards have the words "cardholder's signature, which is invalid without signature" under the signature column, while all savings cards only have the words "cardholder's signature" on the right side of the signature column;
6. Credit cards can be overdrawn, and debit cards are absolutely not allowed;
7. In addition, credit cards generally charge an annual fee, but debit cards do not;
8. Improper use of the credit card will affect the credit file, which will affect buying a house and a car in the future, while the debit card will not affect the credit because it does not involve overdraft;
9. Credit card issuers and merchants often hold various activities together, such as restaurant coupons and gasoline coupons. And the debit card does not exist at all.
The process of applying for a credit card and a debit card is different.
When handling a credit card, you need to bring your valid certificate (ID card or a copy of ID card), residence certificate, unit income certificate or personal assets certificate, and go through the relevant formalities at the bank counter. You need to fill out an application form, in which the information requested is true.
After filling out the application form, you should go to the head office of the bank for the record. It will take about 20 working days to issue cards to customers after the head office of the bank examines the application materials. Handling debit cards is relatively simple. You just need to bring your own valid documents, mainly your ID card, fill out the application form at the bank where you open the account, and then you can issue the card to the applicant.
The reporting procedures of major banks are not exactly the same. If you lose it, you can report it temporarily by telephone or online banking, and then bring your ID card and other supporting materials to the bank counter to report it.
