Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to standardize the organization and management of the academic proficiency test (hereinafter referred to as the academic proficiency test) in ordinary senior high schools in our province, ensure the quality of the academic proficiency test, safeguard the fairness and justice of the national education test, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates, these rules are formulated in accordance with the regulatory documents such as the Reform and Adjustment Plan for the Entrance Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Guangdong Province, the Provisions on the Administration of the National Unified Education Test in Guangdong Province, and the Measures for Handling Violations of the National Education Test, combined with the actual situation in our province.
Article 2 The academic proficiency test mentioned in these Detailed Rules is a level test to evaluate the learning situation of senior high school students in related disciplines, which is an integral part of the college entrance examination and a unified education examination held throughout the province. The examination must be conducted in accordance with the law to ensure that the examination is scientific, accurate, fair and just.
Article 3 Under the leadership of the Provincial Admissions Committee and the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will organize the proposition, examination, marking, evaluation and academic achievement announcement in a unified way, and the city and county (district) Admissions Committee and the Education Bureau will implement the examination in detail.
Chapter II Entrance Examination for Candidates and Examination Subjects Article 4 The sophomores (including those who did not graduate before 2007) who intend to take the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in autumn 2007 should sign up for this academic level examination, and the high school students who entered in autumn 2008 cannot sign up for this academic level examination.
Article 5 Online registration shall be implemented for the academic proficiency test. Education bureaus at all levels are responsible for organizing local registration according to the deployment of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute; The relevant middle schools are responsible for organizing the registration of ordinary high school students in our school.
Article 6 The registration time for this academic proficiency test is at the beginning of the second semester of the 2008 academic year, and the specific registration arrangements and methods will be notified separately.
Article 7 The subjects of this academic proficiency test are six subjects: ideological and political, history, geography, physics, chemistry and biology. Candidates can determine their own subjects to take the academic proficiency test according to their own learning situation and the requirements of the enrollment major of the twenty-eighth ordinary colleges and universities in these rules.
Chapter III Examination Time Article 8 The academic proficiency examination was held in late June 2009.
Article 9 The examination time of each subject of the academic proficiency test is 90 minutes, and the specific examination time of each subject is as follows:
Chemistry and Politics 8: 30- 10: 00
Biology and Geography10: 40-12:10
Physics and History 15: 00- 16: 30
Chapter IV Examination Contents, Forms and Propositions Article 10 The examination contents of this academic proficiency test include the common compulsory contents and compulsory elective contents of the curriculum standards of various disciplines, which appropriately reflect the diversity of learning contents of senior high school students and reflect certain selectivity. The examination scope of each subject is as follows:
Politics includes economic life, political life, cultural life, life and philosophy.
History includes history (1), history (2) and history (3).
Geographical science includes geography 1, geography 2 and geography 3.
Physics subjects include physics 1, physics 2, and elective courses 1- 1.
Chemistry subjects include chemistry 1, chemistry 2, chemistry and life or chemistry and technology (selected by candidates on the test paper).
Organisms include organism 1 (molecules and cells), organism 2 (heredity and evolution) and organism 3 (steady state and environment).
Eleventh Provincial Education Examinations Institute will publish the "Guangdong Provincial Academic Level Examination Outline" at the end of June 5438+0, 2009, clarifying the specific content, ability requirements and test paper structure of each subject.
Twelfth academic level examination adopts written test, and the test questions are multiple-choice questions, which can be set as multiple-choice questions.
Thirteenth Provincial Education Examinations Institute made a proposition based on the "Guangdong Provincial Academic Level Examination Subject Examination Outline".
Chapter V Delivery and Custody of Examination Papers Article 14 According to the relevant provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Guarding State Secrets and the Provisions on the Specific Scope of State Secrets in the Field of Education, the examination papers of the academic level examination belong to state secrets before they are put into use.
Fifteenth academic level examination papers delivery and storage and other links in accordance with the Ministry of Education, Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, the Ministry of Public Security, the State Secrecy Bureau issued the "National Education Examination Secrecy Regulations" requirements, the implementation of hierarchical management. Admissions offices and examination room leaders at all levels are fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of test papers. Before the test paper is unsealed, no organization or individual may unseal the test paper under any excuse.
Sixteenth in the process of transportation and storage of test papers, such as leakage, theft, serious damage and other major accidents, should immediately report to the higher education departments and security departments, and immediately take measures to protect the site and prevent proliferation.
Chapter VI Examination Implementation Article 17 Middle schools have the obligation to undertake the academic proficiency test, and middle school teachers have the obligation to undertake the invigilation of the academic proficiency test.
Eighteenth academic level examination shall be conducted in the examination room designated by the national unified education examination in Guangdong Province, and equipped with electronic monitoring system. Due to special circumstances, it needs to be carried out in the designated examination room or non-designated examination room without electronic monitoring system, and it must be reported to the provincial education examination institute for approval.
Nineteenth academic level examination by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute unified deployment; According to the requirements of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, the municipal education authorities are responsible for organizing and managing the implementation of local examinations and dealing with major issues in the examination process; County (city, district) education department is responsible for the specific organization and implementation of the county (city, district) examination work; Each examination room is responsible for the specific examination work.
Twentieth Provincial Education Examinations Institute shall formulate the examination requirements for the academic level examination, and the examination institutions at all levels shall do a good job in the examination of the academic level examination in accordance with these rules and examination requirements.
Chapter VII Examination Supervision and Discipline Article 21 A supervision system for academic proficiency examinations shall be established. The Provincial Education Examinations Institute and the Municipal Department of Education organize inspection teams and send examination inspectors during the examination period to supervise the organization and implementation, security and confidentiality, and discipline of the academic level examination in relevant examination rooms to ensure the smooth implementation of the examination.
Twenty-second candidates and examination staff who take the academic level examination must strictly abide by the examination management regulations and examination discipline. Candidates who violate the rules and regulations in the examination will be identified and dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Handling National Education Examinations. Establish the integrity files of candidates' exams, and the facts and processing results of candidates' violations and frauds will be entered into the candidates' electronic files for reference when enrolling students in colleges and universities.
Twenty-third due to chaotic management of educational examination institutions, dereliction of duty of examination staff, chaotic discipline in the examination room, serious cheating; Or if more than one-fifth (including one-fifth) of the examination papers in the same examination room are the same at the same time, the qualification of the examination room to undertake the national education examination will be cancelled.
The relevant person-in-charge of the city and county (district) education administrative departments and examination institutions, the person-in-charge of the examination room and the person responsible for the large-scale cheating shall be given corresponding administrative sanctions by the relevant departments; If the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated by judicial organs according to law.
Article 24 In case of violation of confidentiality provisions, the test questions, answers and grading standards (including sub-questions and their answers and grading standards, the same below) are lost or leaked, or a major accident occurs in the candidate's answer sheet during the confidentiality period, the relevant departments shall, depending on the seriousness of the case, give administrative sanctions to the responsible person and the relevant responsible person respectively; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated by judicial organs according to law. Theft, damage and dissemination of academic proficiency test questions, answers and grading standards, candidates' answers and test scores during the confidentiality period shall be investigated and dealt with by the relevant departments according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated by judicial organs according to law.
Chapter VIII Marking, Performance Display and Use Article 25 The Provincial Education Examinations Institute shall be responsible for the organization, management and specific implementation of marking the academic level examination. Candidates' answers to all subjects in the academic proficiency test are judged by computer scanning.
Article 26 The full score of each subject in the academic proficiency test is 100, and the scores are graded. The results published in each subject are divided into four grades: A, B, C and D. After each examination, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will treat the students equally in different years according to the examination results, and then convert the examination results into results. The relationship between test scores and grades in all subjects: 100-85 is Grade A, 84-70 is Grade B, 69-50 is Grade C, 49 -25 is Grade D, scores below 24 (inclusive) are not scored, and it is indicated on the report card that the test scores do not meet the performance requirements.
Twenty-seventh academic level examination results by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute for evaluation, score statistics, grade conversion and unified publication, examination results by the city and county (District) Admissions Office to inform the candidates themselves. Candidates who have objections to the test results may submit a review or reconsideration to the Provincial Education Examinations Institute within the specified time after the results are announced.
Twenty-eighth academic level examination results are one of the basis for admission to institutions of higher learning. The use of academic proficiency test scores in college enrollment is as follows:
(1) prerequisites for the first batch of general majors in undergraduate colleges: liberal arts candidates must take exams in physics, chemistry and biology and obtain grade scores, and all three subjects have reached grade C and above; Science candidates are required to take three exams: ideological and political, history and geography, and all of them have achieved grade results, and all of them have reached Grade C or above.
(2) Necessary conditions for the second batch of undergraduate colleges (including the second batch of A-type and B-type colleges) to enroll general majors: liberal arts candidates must take physics, chemistry and biology exams and obtain grade scores, and at least two exam scores have reached Grade C or above; Science candidates must take exams in three subjects, namely, ideology, politics, history and geography, and obtain grade results, at least two of which have reached Grade C or above.
(3) The third batch of colleges and universities (including the third batch of A-type and B-type colleges and universities) must admit general majors: liberal arts candidates must take physics, chemistry and biology exams and obtain grade scores, and at least one exam score has reached C or above; Science candidates must take three exams in politics, history and geography, and obtain grade scores, and at least one exam score reaches C or above.
(4) Prerequisites for admission qualifications of various batches of art majors: Candidates must take exams in physics, chemistry and biology, and at least two subjects have reached Grade D and above.
(5) Prerequisites for the admission qualification of each batch of physical education majors: candidates must take the examinations of ideology, politics, history and geography, and at least two subjects have reached the D level and above.
Twenty-ninth candidates who have participated in the academic proficiency test of the same subject twice and obtained the test results can apply for the highest grade of ordinary colleges and universities.
Thirtieth ordinary colleges and universities can independently determine the admission criteria of their professional academic level examination results according to the requirements of professional training objectives and on the basis of meeting the requirements of Article 28 of these Rules, but they can only be implemented after being approved by the provincial admissions office.
Chapter IX Examination Funds Article 31 Candidates who register for the academic proficiency examination must pay the examination fee. The registration fee shall be implemented according to the standards approved by the Provincial Price Bureau, and shall be used for special purposes.
Thirty-second academic level examination registration fee by the city and county (District) education department is responsible for the collection.
Chapter X Supplementary Provisions Article 33 Students of secondary vocational schools enrolled in autumn of 2007 who intend to apply for the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities shall register for the academic level examination at the registration point designated by the county (district) education examination institutions themselves, and must obtain academic level examination results that meet the requirements of Article 28 of these Detailed Rules; Those who are ready to take the "3+ professional skills course" exam in higher vocational colleges that recruit graduates from secondary vocational schools in our province may not take the academic level exam.
Article 34 Previous high school graduates (including students with the same academic level, hereinafter referred to as previous students) who have not graduated from various schools in the 20 10 high school stage and will take the 20 10 entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities can sign up for this academic level examination. 20 10 when enrolling students in colleges and universities, there is no requirement for previous students' academic level examinations. 20 1 1 and above when enrolling students in ordinary colleges and universities, all candidates who participate in the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of these Rules.
Thirty-fifth candidates who registered for the 2009 academic proficiency test can register for the academic proficiency test again on 20 10. The schedule of the academic level examination on and after 20 10 will be announced separately.
Thirty-sixth municipal education bureaus may formulate supplementary provisions according to these rules, but they shall not conflict with these rules, and shall be reported to the Provincial Education Examinations Institute for the record.
Thirty-seventh these rules shall be interpreted by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute.
