Yongcheng is rich in tourism resources and has a pleasant climate. There are 5 national key cultural relics protection units, 6 provincial cultural relics protection units and 33 municipal cultural relics protection units. On June 25th, 2009, yongcheng city won the title of "China International Tourism Cultural Destination" and "China's Most Popular Tourism Cultural City" at the 2nd China International Tourism Cultural Construction and Promotion Conference held in Beijing CCTV Media Center.

4. 1 Mangdang Mountain Han Culture Tourist Area (AAAA)
Yongcheng has been a tourist attraction since ancient times, where "spring breeze blows willows and autumn harvest is everywhere". Among many scenic spots, Mangdang Mountain is the first to promote the Han cultural tourist area. Mangdang Mountain, located in Mangshan Town, yongcheng city, is a newly-developed tourist resort of Han culture in the eastern border of Henan Province. In 2002, it was listed as the "Three Points and One Line" Golden Tourism Belt in Henan Province, and 20 12 was listed as the top ten tourist gathering areas in Henan Province. 4.2 Huaihai Campaign Chenguanzhuang Martyrs Cemetery
Chen Guanzhuang Martyrs Cemetery in Huaihai Campaign is located in the south of Chen Guanzhuang Village, 25 kilometers northeast of yongcheng city, and on the north side of National Highway 3 1 1. It was built to commemorate the martyrs who died in the annihilation war in Chen Guanzhuang area in the third stage of Huaihai Campaign. The cemetery 1974 was laid, and 1978 was completed. It covers an area of about 200 mu, facing south, and there is a granite martyr monument in the middle, which is 25 meters high and inscribed with the eight characters of "Immortality of Huaihai Heroes" by Zhou Enlai. There is a square in front of the monument, a martyrs exhibition hall and a memorial hall for the war of annihilation on both sides of the monument, a martyrs cemetery and a single tomb in the north, and inscriptions by party and state leaders such as Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, Deng Xiaoping, Liu Bocheng and Chen Yi around the tomb.
1996, Martyrs Cemetery was approved by the State Council as a national key martyrs memorial building protection unit; 1999, named as a civilized service window demonstration unit by Henan Provincial Civil Affairs Department; In 2005, it was designated as a red tourist unit by Henan Provincial Civil Affairs Department and Ministry of Civil Affairs. In 2009, it was named the National Patriotism Education Demonstration Base by the Propaganda Department of the CPC.
4.3 Baidamo Temple Tower
Henan cultural relics protection unit Chongfa Temple Tower. Chongfa Temple located in the old city of yongcheng city. "Pan Yunta" is one of the eight scenic spots in ancient Yongcheng. The temple was built in the Tang Dynasty and the tower was built in the second year of Song Shaosheng (1095). This temple is now abandoned. It has a 9-story brick tower with a height of 34.6 meters and an octagonal pavilion. The bottom of this tower is 3 meters long. 1 ~ 4 floors are embedded with dark green glazed tiles, and the composition is one Buddha and three bodhisattvas. The original tower 1938 was shelled by the Japanese. Reconstructed on 1985.
Chongfa Temple Tower is an octagonal pavilion-style 9-story brick tower with a height of 34.6 meters and a bottom diameter of 7.7 meters. As the backbone of the tower, there are lotus flowers under every roof. Looking up at the tower looks like nine lotus flowers. Each floor of the tower has four doors in the southeast and northwest. There is a stone faucet in the octagonal, and an iron bell is tied to the faucet, which is sonorous and melodious and moves with the wind.
There is an underground palace at the bottom of the tower. There is a coffin bed and a stone box. There is a bluestone walkway leading to the top of the tower at the north gate of the tower bottom. The inner wall is inlaid with 65 1 dark green glazed Buddha bricks, and the composition is one Buddha and two bodhisattvas.
It is the representative work of ancient turret buildings in China.
On May 25th, 2006, as an ancient building in Song Dynasty, Chongfa Temple Tower was approved by the State Council to be included in the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
Chongfa Temple Tower is located in the cemetery of martyrs in the northeast corner of the old city of yongcheng city. It is the former site of Chongfa Temple, hence its name.
4.4 Legislative platform
The Legislative Platform is located 25 kilometers west of yongcheng city, and it is an oval platform with turtle back shape, with a height of about 7 meters, a length of 54 meters, a width of 34 meters at the bottom and a cumulative thickness of 8-9 meters. The upper layer is the remains of Shang Dynasty, and the lower layer is the remains of Longshan culture in Henan Province. Because Xiao He, the prime minister of the Western Han Dynasty, established the laws and regulations of the Han Dynasty for Liu Bang on this platform, people called this platform "the platform for making laws".
1936, archaeologists from Henan Antiquities Research Institute of Kuomintang came to set up a platform for excavation. There are rich cultural relics here, including stone axes, bone arrows and bone cones. 1June, 963, Henan Provincial People's Committee announced that it was the first batch of key cultural relics protection units.
