Fuchuan yao autonomous county, belonging to Hezhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the northeast of Guangxi, between Dubang Mountain and Mengzhu Mountain at the junction of Hunan, Guangxi and Guangdong provinces, bordering Jianghua Yao Autonomous County in Hunan Province in the east, Zhongshan County in the south, Gongcheng County in the west and Jiangyong County in Hunan Province in the north.
Fuchuan yao autonomous county is the "hometown of longevity in China", which was founded in the Han Dynasty. There are many historical and cultural heritages in this area, such as ancient villages, houses, stone bridges, arched buildings and castles. Xiushui champion village in Chaodong Town is one of the key tourist routes of ethnic customs. The pilot counties (districts) of the national project of strengthening intellectual property rights.
Historical evolution:
After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Fuchuan People's Government was established in Fuyang Town on June 1950, which belongs to Pingle District of Guangxi Province.
1April, 953, Fuchuan and Zhongshan counties were abolished, and Fuzhong county was merged to govern Zhongshan, which belongs to Pingle area.
1July, 958, changed to Wuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
196 1 July, Fuchuan and Zhongshan were divided.
1in March, 962, the people's government of fuchuan county county was restored to Fuyang town, belonging to Wuzhou area.
1On August 30th, 983, the State Council approved the establishment of fuchuan yao autonomous county and revoked fuchuan county.
1In July, 1997, the State Council approved the revocation of Wuzhou area and the establishment of Hezhou area, and fuchuan yao autonomous county was under the jurisdiction of Hezhou area.
1In July 2002, the State Council approved the withdrawal of land to set up a city, and established Hezhou City, a prefecture-level city, under the jurisdiction of fuchuan yao autonomous county.
