What are the Tibetan history books of the Yuan Dynasty?
Gong Godol only wrote (1309 ~ 1365). The title of this book is called "Hulan Dierbu" in Mongolian and "Dierbu" in Tibetan. Both of them mean "little red book". The little red book was written in Xu Bing's reign (1346, six years in Zheng Zheng) and Guimao's reign (1363, twenty-three years in Zheng Zheng). The content of the Red Book is divided into 26 chapters by the National Press, and the Japanese translation is divided into 8 chapters. Influenced by the tradition of Tibetan Buddhist historical records, this book records ancient legends, the inheritance of Buddhism and the royal system in India, starting from India, which founded Buddhism. Secondly, it describes the history of Wang Tong, the emperor of the Tang Dynasty, Tubo, and the monarchy that destroyed the Southern Song Dynasty from the Five Dynasties to the Yuan Dynasty, starting from King Zhao of the Han Dynasty (because Sakyamuni was born at this time). The third is the history of Mia (Xixia). The fourth is Wang Tong of Mongolia, which has been recorded until the demise of the Yuan Dynasty, and the part at the end of the Yuan Dynasty was added by later generations. The following is the history of Tibet itself: The first part is the kingship of Tubo, the spread of Buddhism, Li Na's Buddhism and political power. The latter part is the origin, lineage and related history of Sasgar, Gadang, Kaju, Karma, Bomugulu, Biligong and Chariba. This genre of little red book compiling history was adopted by later Tibetan history books.
