Zhenjiu is a product of Guizhou Zhenjiu Brewing Co., Ltd., which mainly uses sorghum and wheat as raw materials, adopts the traditional Daqu Maotai-flavor liquor brewing technology and technology, and stores the base liquor in a pottery jar for a long time. 1989 won the national quality award and officially entered the ranks of famous wines in China. The wine is clear and transparent, yellowish, with outstanding maotai flavor, long taste, lasting fragrance in an empty cup, the same flavor and trace elements as Maotai, and has the basic style of Maotai.
The origin of precious wine
1975 10, Kweichow Moutai ex situ experimental factory was officially put into production for exploratory production. In the same year, the Science and Technology Office of Chinese Academy of Sciences named the off-site production test of Moutai as the pilot test of Kweichow Moutai, and listed it as a national key scientific and technological project.
Besides selecting experts from Maotai Distillery, its technicians and production backbones are also selected from Maotai Distillery. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment, 28 outstanding talents, represented by Zheng Guangxian, former director of Maotai Distillery and deputy secretary of the Party Committee, Yang Renmian, former deputy chief engineer, Lin Baocai, deputy director of the laboratory, and Zheng's close disciple before liberation, were transferred from Maotai Distillery.
