For more than 100 years, the Party has United and led the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country, constantly advancing the cause of the Party and the people with new ideological and cultural awakening, new achievements created by theory, new strategies for cultural construction and new achievements in cultural development.

Second, study deeply and understand the new spirit. In The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（CPC）'s report, culture was mentioned nearly 30 times. The eighth part, "Promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement, and creating new glory of socialist culture", systematically expounds and comprehensively deploys China's future cultural construction in the form of special topics.

Third, be realistic and pragmatic. Cultural self-confidence and self-improvement are related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the construction of modern and beautiful Anhui. We should combine Anhui's reality, guide the situation, move according to the situation, follow the trend, seek truth and be pragmatic, push it forward and do it for a long time.
