1945, studying at Guizhou University. As the Japanese invaders approached Qiannan and Japanese planes bombed Guiyang, he dropped out of school and returned to his hometown. He was employed as a teacher in Kaiyang Middle School and a primary school teacher in Kaiyang Standard Center. From 1984, he served as the first, second and third vice-chairmen of Kaiyang County Committee, during which he was the editor-in-chief of Kaiyang County CPPCC Daily.
Song Hehai (1925 ~ 1999), a Miao native of Guangzhong Village, Pingzhai Village, Kaiyang County.
He has served as deputy section chief of the Culture and Education Department of Kaiyang County, deputy head of the County People's Committee, deputy director of the County Revolutionary Committee, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, vice chairman of the Kaiyang County Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, deputy to the second and third people's congresses of Kaiyang County, and deputy to the second to sixth people's congresses.
Deng (1922 ~ 1999) is a native of Chengguan Town, Kaiyang County.
