1. Right-click this computer, and then click the Manage option. Or press the shortcut key "g".

2. Find the Windows log under the "Event Viewer" option on the left side of the pop-up interface.

3. Then select the "System" option to view the usage record of the computer. This includes the time, level, source, event ID and task category of the operation. The common ID is 6005 power-on information and 6006 power-off information.
