The enterprises under the jurisdiction of HNA Hotel Group include: HNA Hotel Holding Group Co., Ltd., HNA Hotel (Group) Co., Ltd., Hainan HNA International Hotel Management Co., Ltd., Tanglayaxiu International Hotel and Resort Co., Ltd. and its 49 member hotels. From June 2008 to October 2008 10, HNA Hotel Holding Group Co., Ltd., HNA Hotel (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hotel Holding Company) and Hainan HNA International Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hotel Management Company) implemented integrated operation, collectively referred to as "Hotel Group Headquarters" internally and "HNA Hotel Group" externally.
