First place, read the imperial concubine
Nian Guifei, one of Yong Zhengdi's concubines, Dunsu Guifei, is the sister of Nian Gengyao, the head of the Office of Internal Affairs. Nian Guifei was second only to Empress Urnala at that time. Nian Guifei herself is as weak as Lin Daiyu, but she is not famous in history. As can be seen from Yong Zhengdi's book after Nian Guifei's death, Nian Guifei was gentle and cautious, generous and peaceful, and extremely dignified.
Personally, I feel that this speculation may be because redology scholars consider the historical background at that time and combine various situations in A Dream of Red Mansions to think that Lin Daiyu should be the darling of the harem.
Second place, Ye Xiaoluan.
This woman is a talented woman in the late Ming Dynasty, from Suzhou, Jiangsu. She is slender, beautiful, good at poetry and songs, and omnipotent in piano, chess, painting and calligraphy. She is hurt all over. Everything can be seen in her eyes. His personality is as broad and distant as Daiyu's. He hates prosperity and knows a little meditation. Regard money as dirt, indifferent to no desire, good at joking, natural and unrestrained. Lin Daiyu's prototype is her because they have too many similarities.
Third place, Dong Xiaowan.
Suzhou, Jiangsu, was reduced to a brothel because of the decline of family fortune. Qinhuai Bayan? One. Born in a famous Suzhou embroidery farm, he did well. He is handsome, smart and wise, and is proficient in poetry, calligraphy and painting. Extraordinary temperament and lofty nature are appreciated by many elegant people. Dong Xiaowan, like Daiyu, is narcissistic, self-pitying and self-loving, and has her own personality. Some people say that Dong Xiaowan was the favorite Dong E Fei of the emperor shunzhi in Qing Dynasty. The emperor shunzhi became ill because of the death of Princess Dong Hubei, and finally chose to become a monk. This is exactly the same as Jia Baoyu's choice to become a monk because he didn't marry Lin Daiyu. But in history, two people are not one person.
Fourth place, Zhuan Zhu.
Zhu Yizun, named Zhu Wa, was a poet, scholar and bibliophile in the Qing Dynasty, and he wrote a lot. Cai Yuanpei thinks that the image of Lin Daiyu alludes to this scholar.
In A Dream of Red Mansions, Granny Liu was introduced into the Grand View Garden. When I arrived at Lin Daiyu's boudoir, I saw Leng Yan in the room, full of books. She mistook it for a playboy's bedroom. This shows that Lin Daiyu likes reading and collecting books very much. She also brought many books from Suzhou to the Grand View Garden. Therefore, some scholars have developed such a prototype role.
Fifth place, Li Xiangyu.
This is the most recognized prototype speculation of Lin Daiyu. Li Xiangyu was the granddaughter of Xu Li, a weaver girl from Jiangsu Province in Kangxi period, and her father Li Dingren was a salt teacher. Her historical background is too similar to Lin Daiyu's family background, so after a long period of textual research, red scholars think that she is the prototype of Lin Daiyu.
However, it was later said that Li Xiangyu was actually the prototype of Shi Xiangyun, because in the end, Zhi Yanzhai should have played the role of Shi Xiangyun, and she finally wrote a book with Baoyu, Cao Xueqin, and finished A Dream of Red Mansions.
