Fourth, the research results:
(A) the origin of Tomb-Sweeping Day.
After our group members surf the Internet or read extracurricular books, we know that Tomb-Sweeping Day started in the Zhou Dynasty and has a history of more than 2,500 years. At first, Qingming is a solar term, and there is an old agricultural proverb "Before and after Qingming, plant melons and beans". Later, as the days of Qingming and cold food approached, cold food and Qingming gradually merged into one. There is a legend about cold food: During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, Zhong Er, the son of Jin Xiangong, fled his hometown to escape the scourge, and Zhong Er was humiliated. Most of the courtiers who followed him parted ways. Only a few people have been following him.
One of them is called meson push. On one occasion, Zhong Er fainted from hunger. In order to save Zhong Er, Jiezitui cut a piece of meat from his leg, cooked it with fire and gave it to Zhong Er. Nineteen years later, Zhong Er returned to China and became the monarch, the famous Jin Wengong. Jin Wengong greatly raised his courtiers who shared weal and woe with him, except for meson push. Someone defended meson in front of Jin Wengong. Jin Wengong suddenly remembered the past and felt guilty. Jin Wengong invited him. But Jiezitui has been hiding in Mianshan behind his mother's back. Jin Wengong asked his body guard to search the mountain, but he couldn't find it. So, someone had an idea, saying, it is better to let Yamakaji go, set fire on three sides, leave one side, burn it and the meson will come out. The fire burned for three days and nights, but after it was put out, no mesons were pushed out. Looking up the mountain, the mother and son were holding a charred willow tree and were dead.
The following year, Jin Wengong led ministers to climb mountains on foot to show their respect and condolences. Walking to the grave, I saw the dead old willow tree resurrected, with thousands of green branches dancing in the wind. Jin Wengong looked at the resurrected old willow tree and seemed to see the meson push. He walked up to him respectfully, lovingly squeezed a branch, braided it into a circle and put it on his head. After the sacrifice, Jin Wengong named the revived old willow "Qingming Willow" and named it Tomb-Sweeping Day. From then on, it is forbidden to set off fireworks to commemorate the day when meson was pushed to death. It is also made of flour and jujube paste, kneaded into the shape of a swallow, strung with willow branches, and inserted in the door to summon his soul. This thing is called "Tuiyan". Cold Food Festival and Qingming Festival have become grand festivals for people all over the country.
(B) the customs of Tomb-Sweeping Day
Tomb-Sweeping Day's customs are rich and interesting. In addition to sweeping graves and planting trees, there are a series of customs and sports activities such as jogging, swinging, cuju, playing polo and inserting willows. According to legend, this is because Tomb-Sweeping Day wants to eat cold food. In order to prevent the harm of cold food and cold food to people, we all take part in some sports activities to exercise. Before and after Tomb-Sweeping Day, the spring was bright and the spring rain was falling, and the survival rate of planted seedlings was high and the growth was fast. China has the habit of planting trees in Qingming since ancient times. Therefore, this festival is a distinctive festival, with both sad tears to sweep graves and laughter for an outing.
(3) Tomb-Sweeping Day that we have learned from our personal practice.
Through this comprehensive practical activity, I learned a lot of new things that I didn't know before. For example: the origin of Tomb-Sweeping Day; Tomb-Sweeping Day custom, knowing that Tomb-Sweeping Day can fly kites, swing and eat cold food ...; I know that Tomb-Sweeping Day went to the grave to express our memory and gratitude for our ancestors. I have also collected many poems by Tomb-Sweeping Day, the most famous of which is Qingming by Du Mu.
I also learned that Hu's surname originated from Shun, and my earliest ancestor was a saint! This is our first real comprehensive practical activity, and I find that comprehensive practical activities can let us soar freely in the ocean of knowledge.
Summary: history has left many things worth thinking about for future generations, and the most shocking thing is the revolutionary martyrs cemetery! How many revolutionary ancestors left their names, gave their lives for the benefit of the country and the nation, and some were noble and elegant rich women and some were underage children! Looking at their photos and reading their deeds, the inner surge makes us feel immersed in the battle scenes of the war years, but we know that no matter how rich our imagination is, we can't imagine the martyrs facing death! Through this grave-sweeping activity, our hearts were really shocked. Compared with them, our generation is really a happy family, living under the love and protection of parents and enjoying youth. Maybe we will still be very dissatisfied. How can you not be shocked when you see this? It is young people like us who have created our life today. For young people living in this peaceful era, it may be unnecessary to sacrifice their lives. They exchanged their blood for the liberation of the motherland. We can sacrifice our lives for our motherland, and this spirit needs us to inherit.
In this materialistic world, people are busy for their livelihood, and many people lose their faith in their busyness. At this time, maybe we should walk into the souls who sacrificed their lives for a certain belief and feel the strength and happiness of sticking to a belief.
