Located in the east of Yan Guan Town, Haining City. In the eighth year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty, a temple was built to worship the deity of Dechao. The temple covers an area of 40 mu, with a grand scale and rigorous architectural layout. The main buildings are distributed on three axes, and the main axes are Qingcheng Bridge, Yimen, Gate, Main Hall, Imperial Monument Pavilion and Sleeping Hall in turn. There is a white marble archway on both sides of the square in front of the instrument door. The main hall is a five-bay building, resting on the top of the mountain, and the lower part is a white marble pedestal. The left and right halls are dedicated to the tide gods and water gods of past dynasties. The left axis is Tianhou Palace; On the right axis are the Wind Palace and the Narcissus Pavilion. In the eleventh year of Xianfeng, some buildings were destroyed by fire and rebuilt in the eleventh year of Guangxu. There are Qingcheng Bridge, Yimen, Daxiong Hall, Baiyu Square, Imperial Monument and so on.
