The College of History and Culture of Shanxi University has four undergraduate majors: history, archaeology, tourism management and hotel management. It has three first-class master's programs in China history, world history and archaeology, and two master's programs in tourism management; China has two first-class doctoral programs in history and archaeology. The College of History and Culture of Shanxi University is a college with profound historical accumulation in Shanxi University. Its strength is still very strong and it has certain influence in the whole country. However, there are still some problems. For example, first, the development of disciplines is uneven. There are more and stronger teachers of China history, especially the modern history of China and the social history of China. There are also several teachers in the history of Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, but there are fewer teachers in China's ancient history and other aspects of century history. Second, there are many teachers losing. For example, Professor Wang Sanyi was transferred to Shanghai University and Professor Fan was transferred to Shanghai Normal University. Third, some subjects are irrelevant, mainly archaeology. After the old professor retires, there is only one professor, Mr. Li Jun. Of course, with the development of the school, I believe these problems will be solved and the School of History and Culture will get better and better.
