"Hui" in posthumous title means loving the people and being kind. It is appropriate to give it to Jin Huidi, because after the Qin Dynasty, there was basically no evil death (the only emperor, Yang Di, was given to him by people in the Tang Dynasty, and posthumous title given by officials in the Sui Dynasty was the Sui Ming Emperor). Therefore, those beautiful posthumous title have a derogatory flavor, including Hui Di, Whitehead and so on. Hui Di in history was either retarded or cowardly.
