In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), Zhou Min was changed to Min County, which has continued to this day. 1949 Min County was peacefully liberated, and the Min County Special Zone was initially established, which governed six counties and one bureau, including Min County, Longxi County, Zhangxi 'an County, Huichuan County, Lintan County, Weiyuan County and Zhuoni Administration Bureau. 1950 revoked the area and placed it in Wudu area, and 1985 was placed in Dingxi area. It was named "Hometown of Angelica sinensis in China", "Hometown of Flowers in Gansu Province", "Hometown of Flowers in China" and "United Nations Folk Song Investigation and Collection Base".
