Administrative divisions of Yushan Town
May 1949, 13, Kunshan was liberated, and the old division was divided into towns and villages. In July of that year, the county was divided into six districts, and Yushan Town was the urban area, which governed five towns: Gong Xue, Dai Yu, He Zhi, Shannan and Nanhao.

1950 In June, Yushan Town established 13 Farmers Association and 1 boat people group.

At the end of 1956, the district was merged into the township, and Yushan was changed into a county-owned town, which governed eight advanced agricultural production cooperatives and 14 neighborhood committees.

1958 to 10 implements "people's commune". Chengnan Town, Chengbei Town and Yushan Town merged to form Maanshan People's Commune. It has jurisdiction over 22 production brigades (***6 1 advanced cooperative established in two townships and one town) and 14 neighborhood committees.

1June, 959, Maanshan People's Commune was abolished and divided into Chengnan Commune, Chengbei Commune and Yushan Commune (Yushan Town). It has 14 neighborhood committees and 3 production brigades (including 2 agricultural brigades and 1 fishery brigade 1 unit).

1March, 962, people's commune scale adjustment. Yushan Town governs 6 street management districts and 8 production brigades (including 6 agricultural brigades, 1 fishery brigade and 1 sideline brigade).

1983 from April to August, politics and society were separated, and people's communes were changed into towns and villages. Yushan Town has jurisdiction over 6 street management committees, 23 neighborhood committees and 6 villagers' committees.

1986 10, Chengnan Township merged with Yushan Town, under the jurisdiction of 36 villagers' committees (including 30 in Chengnan and 6 in Yushan Town), 203 natural villages, 6 street management committees and 27 residents' committees.

1989 12. Dongxinjie Management Committee was established in the Development Zone.

As of 1992, there are 36 villagers' committees, 7 street management committees and 37 residents' committees in Yushan Town (including 9 village committees and 6 residents' committees managed by the Municipal Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee).
