The first step is to enter the waiting room.
Candidates enter the waiting room with their ID cards and admission tickets. After identity verification and honesty education, the candidates are grouped. After grouping, extract the interview sequence, register the candidate's lottery sequence number, and issue the candidate's lottery sequence number plate. Candidates enter the question extraction room in the order of number plates to extract questions.
Note: Candidates are allowed to bring textbooks into the waiting room, but mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
Step 2, enter the question extraction room.
Candidates hear the call number according to the lottery serial number, enter the question extraction room, log in to the interview evaluation software system, extract interview questions (kindergarten candidates can choose 1 from the two selected questions), and print the interview question list.
Note: It is not allowed to bring textbooks into the question extraction room.
The third step is to enter the preparation room.
After the candidates sign in, fill in the start time of lesson preparation on the lesson preparation paper and the lesson preparation time registration form, and sign the lesson preparation paper for confirmation. After taking a seat, distribute the lesson preparation draft/activity design draft.
Candidates begin to write lesson plans/activity demonstration plans for 20 minutes.
Time is up, candidates stop preparing lessons. Bring the admission ticket, teaching plan (activity demonstration scheme) and test sheet, and fill in the interview room number on the test sheet.
Second, the interview process
The first item, structured question and answer
After the candidates enter the examination room, they will submit the admission ticket and the list of test questions to the examiner. After checking the candidates' information, the examiner will randomly select two questions from the question bank through the interview evaluation system, inform the candidates of the questions and ask them to start answering questions. The staff began to record and video.
Note: The two structured Q&A sessions last for 5 minutes. The examiner reads two questions in a row and tells the candidates to start answering before answering.
Second, try to talk.
The examiner will remind the candidates to start the trial after the structured answer is completed or overtime. Within the specified time, candidates begin to simulate classes (no students attend classes), design and adopt various organizational forms through oral and body language, and use various teaching skills to show the examiner in all directions.
Note: The trial time is 10 minute. Candidates face only three examiners, and there are no real students.
The third item is defense.
After the candidate's trial lecture, the examiner will ask questions according to the content of the candidate's trial lecture, or may ask a question or two questions according to the candidate's own situation and ask the candidate to answer.
Note: The defense time is 5 minutes. After the candidate's defense, submit the lesson plan/activity demonstration plan to the interviewer and leave the examination room in time.
Third, the interview strategy
1. The time for writing lesson plans is only 20 minutes, so candidates are required to quickly classify interview topics in their minds. After having a general idea, they will go into the preparation room and write a brief case quickly. Pay attention to reserve 3-5 minutes to sort out the teaching plan.
2. Structured, generally divided into seven categories, namely: self-awareness, communication, planning and organization, emergency response, comprehensive analysis, education and teaching, and current political analysis. From now on, everyone should practice every day.
3. Try to keep the time at about 8 minutes, not less than 6 minutes. There must be an interactive session in the trial, and the blackboard writing should be neat and beautiful.
4. Keep a good attitude, be calm, pay attention to the logic and coherence of your speech, and try to leave a good impression on the examiner.
