The Historical Evolution of Zhejiang Jinhua No.1 Middle School
The establishment of Jinhua Middle School, the predecessor of Zhejiang Jinhua No.1 Middle School, can be traced back to Lize Academy in the Southern Song Dynasty, Chongzheng Academy in the Ming Dynasty and Lizheng Academy in the name of two academies in the Qing Dynasty.

1902 (in the 28th year of Guangxu reign), in September, the magistrate of Jinhua, Ji Liang, changed Li Zheng College into Jinhua Middle School according to the decree of the Qing court to abolish the college and promote the school, and the school site was between Dongyue Palace and the Eighth Five-Year Plan House.

1903, Zhifu Haifu changed Jinhua Middle School to Jinhua Fu Middle School.

1909 (the year of Xuantongyuan in Qing Dynasty), the provincial capital was changed to the provincial government, and it was called the seventh middle school in Zhejiang Province.

1933 In August, the school was renamed as Li Jinhua Middle School. 1July, 935, the site of the second junior middle school was exchanged with its affiliated primary school. The middle school and the affiliated primary school merged into a district. Junior high school is divided into four groups: southeast, northwest and northwest.

From1September 1937 to 101October, the downtown area of Jinhua was bombed repeatedly by Japanese planes. The middle school department and the normal school department moved to Putang, Chang Gung, Fangshan, Shannan and Lingshan in Lipu, Jinhua, and the primary school department moved to Qiaotou Road and Qiantianfan.

March 2nd 1940 Seven classes in Grade Three moved to Yuyuan Campus at the junction of Wuyi and Xuanping (classes were suspended in September).

On May 28th, 1942, the Japanese army occupied Jinhua, and the school continued to suspend classes.

1March, 943, the school moved to Tangci and Zhu Jin in Jinyun County, and borrowed the old ancestral temple to run the school.

1953, the school was renamed as "Zhejiang Jinhua No.1 Middle School".

In September, 1970, the school was renamed "Jinhua County May 7th School of Workers, Peasants and Soldiers".

1970 10, Jinhua No.4 Middle School was merged into the middle school.

1August, 978, the school was renamed Jinhua No.1 Middle School. 198 1 year 1 month, Jinhua County was renamed Jinhua City, and the school was renamed Jinhua No.1 Middle School.
