Jishan Mountain is located in the southwest of Shanxi Province, at the northern end of Yuncheng City, with Luliang Mountain in the north and Emei Mountain in the south. Jishan belonged to Jin and Warring States in the Spring and Autumn Period, and Wei in the 11th year of Taihe in the Northern Wei Dynasty (487). In the eighteenth year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (598), it was changed to Jishan County, with a history of 1500 years.
