Song Wu, 1055- 1 126, a native of Qinghe County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, worked as an artist in Hangzhou. Later, he served as the head of Gao Yanei, the magistrate of Hangzhou, and was promoted to jurisdiction because of his meritorious service. After the high power was abolished, Song Wu was driven out of the yamen.

Song Wu stabbed Cai Yan, the successor of Hangzhou magistrate. He died in prison after being arrested. This Song Wu is the prototype of Song Wu in Four Great Classical Novels's Water Margin.

Lin 'an County Records vividly remembers Song Wu's later life. Later, Gao Quan was dismissed for offending powerful people, and Song Wu was driven out of the yamen. The successor of Hangzhou magistrate is Cai Yan, son of Cai Jing, the capital of Hangzhou.

When Cai Yan was an official, Hang Cheng people complained bitterly and called him "Cai Hu". Song Wu's personal vendettas and grudges are accumulating. Finally, one day, he hid in front of Cai Mao's house. When Cai Mao growled and grabbed him, he stabbed him to death several times before others could react.

Song Wu was eventually outnumbered and died in prison after being arrested. At that time, in order to feel like a local "tiger", Hang Cheng people spontaneously buried them and built a tomb next to Xiling Bridge. Later generations set up a monument named "The Tomb of Ise in Song, Wu and Song Dynasties".

Song Wu Tomb is located on the west bridge side of Beishan Street in Hangzhou, about 50 meters west of Su Xiaoxiao Tomb, facing the beautiful West Lake. The tomb of Wu in Song Dynasty is mainly composed of four parts: the tomb circle, the tombstone, the stone memorial archway and the tomb passage.

A stone archway made of bluestone in Putian, Fujian Province stands upright in the aisle, with a height of 6.04 meters and a weight of 16 tons.

In order to increase the stability of the drainage foundation, pine stakes more than 4 meters deep were buried below, and the archway was reinforced with concrete after it was erected. Its plaque "stunning and magnificent" was restored according to the original seal script font, and the relief patterns on the tombstone and archway were carefully carved according to the original patterns in the old photos.
