The Huaihe River originally belonged to the outflow river, that is, the water of the Huaihe River will eventually flow into the sea from the land, and the Huaihe River originally had its own waterway into the sea. It is a river that flows into the sea alone. However, due to the landform of the Huaihe River basin, the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River have been diverted many times in history, especially when the Yellow River seized the Huaihe River and saw the sea, which blocked the downstream access to the sea (the now abandoned Yellow River), and the flood discharge was not smooth and flooded everywhere. The Huaihe River enters the sea, which makes the originally formed Huaihe River system disordered, leading to frequent natural disasters, or floods or droughts. The Yellow River's capture of the Huaihe River into the sea refers to the massive invasion of the Yellow River of the Huaihe River by sediment from the era of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. Numerous tributaries and lakes have been silted up or abandoned, and the entire Huaihe River system has been completely destroyed. The Yellow River has changed the environment of Huaihe River, making it one of the fastest rivers in the history of rivers in the world. After 1546, the Yellow River was artificially introduced to the south of Surabaya and entered the sea with the Huaihe River. Because the Yellow River is strong and the Huaihe River is weak, the sediment in the lower reaches of the Huaihe River is getting higher and higher, forming an overground river. The Huaihe River is no longer a smooth waterway, but in the lower reaches of the Huaihe River, that is, in the Hongze Lake area above the junction of Huai and Si, the water first gathered into a lake, connecting the small lakes before the Song Dynasty and becoming Hongze Lake. Before the Yellow River captured the Huaihe River, the ancient Huaihe River system was generally the main stream of the Huaihe River and many tributaries in the north and south of the main stream. The tributaries of Huaibei mainly include Hongru River, Heying River, Guohe River, Bianhe River and Yishu River. Among them, the biggest change of tributary water system is Surabaya water system. Gushi water originates from Mengshan Mountain and flows through Qufu, Yanzhou and Peixian County to the northeast corner of Xuzhou. Pixian county, Pi, Yishui, Shushui, Suqian south retting.
