Founded in September, 1946, formerly known as Shengguang private church primary school, was then a US military hospital.

1956 was taken over by the people's government and renamed as "Panlong Primary School".

In order to effectively solve the problem of insufficient total educational resources and scarce high-quality educational resources, Panlong District Education Bureau adopts the model of "prestigious schools with private schools, weak prestigious schools with new schools". In September, 2008, Panlong Primary School, a supporting school for the theme cultural community in Xiang Ying, Yunnan, was completed and officially enrolled.

2010 June 5438+00, combined with urban reconstruction, the newly-built Binjiang Campus of Yuan Jun Binjiang Panlong Primary School was officially completed and put into use.
