What's the difference between Bird and Jingyuan?
Bird and Jingyuan are different in geographical location, historical background and protection.

1. Location: Bird is located at No.67 Anshan Street, Heping District, Tianjin, and Jingyuan is located at No.70 Anshan Street, Heping District, Tianjin. The distance between them is only 100 meter.

2. Historical background: After the demise of the Qing Dynasty, the last emperor Puyi first lived in Bird and moved to Jingyuan four years later. Besides, Dr. Sun Yat-sen once lived in Bird. Bird was forcibly purchased by the Japanese in 1935, and the whole building was demolished and rebuilt as needed. Jingyuan later became a miscellaneous courtyard, and its appearance and structure were restored through the vigorous protection and repair of Tianjin Municipal Government.

3. Protection Status: Most of the objects in Jingyuan are imitations, but Bird is different from the original because it was rebuilt by the Japanese.
