Li Changping's experience
Li Changping, an old man from Jianli Zhou, Hubei. Born in 1963, master of economics. With 17 years working experience at the grassroots level in villages and towns. He is currently the director and researcher of China Rural Construction Research Center of Hebei University, the researcher of china society of economic reform, and the adjunct professor of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He is also the consultant of China Department of Oxfam Hong Kong, the high commissioner of North Korea project, and a famous expert on three rural issues. He was named the person of the year of Southern Weekend in 2000 and the most capable person of agriculture, countryside and farmers in China in 2006. He studied in Hubei Electromechanical School, Department of Agricultural Economics of Huazhong Agricultural University and Department of Economics of Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics successively, and obtained a master's degree. 1983 1 took part in the work. It also had a certain influence on rural reform and the policy of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" in Vietnam, and was received by Phan Dien, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of Vietnam.
