There are four query methods:
1. Bank counter: With your ID card and bank card, you can go to the bank counter to be checked by the bank teller.
2. Self-service terminal: With a bank card, you can inquire at the self-service terminal of your bank.
3. Telephone banking: If telephone banking is opened, you can make direct telephone inquiries, and you need to provide your ID card, bank card number and password.
4. Online banking: download the app of your bank, or find the official website of your bank on the webpage, and log in online banking to check the account balance and transfer details.
The steps of webpage inquiry are as follows: (Take Bank of China as an example)
Step 1: Enter the online banking search of China Bank, and click Enter when you see an icon in official website.
Step 2: Go to the homepage of China Bank and click "Personal Customer Online Banking Login" on the right.
Step three. If it's the first time to enter the login page, you can see that you can't enter the password. The password security control is displayed here, as shown in the figure. Click on the "Windows or Mac" online banking login security control to download and install it.
Step 4: After the online banking login security control is successfully installed, refresh the login page and you will see that you can enter the password. After entering the online banking account number and password, click "Login".
Step 5: After logging in, go to the homepage of online banking of China Bank and click "Bank Account".
Step 6: Enter the bank account overview page and click "Transaction Details" on the back of the bank card.
Step 7: Click on the transaction details and set the inquiry date. Click "Query" to see the transaction details of the bank card below.
