Where does Shanxi Village belong?
Shanxi Village is located at the foot of Guqi Mountain in the northeast of Nanbai Township, and is connected with Dongshe Town in the east. According to legend, there are seven grandmothers sitting here, hence the name Gushan, with a population of 352 and an area of 1600 mu. Agricultural cultivation is mainly autumn crops such as corn, sorghum, and cereals. There are 30 agricultural machinery such as tractors and seeders, and more than 20,000 fruit trees such as red dates, pears, and betel nuts. It is said that once upon a time there was a man named Li as the general commander of Datong, so he could be called Shanxi Village.

Shanxi Village is adjacent to Shangshenyuan Village, Gonggang Village, Xitouzhuang Village, Liugang Village, Shangyi Village, Qianbao Village, Longwangtang Village, Hengyuan Village, Hewei Village, Xiaxigang Village, Donggang Village, Xiashenyuan Village, Nanyao Village and Shangnanbai Village.

There are many tourist attractions near Shanxi Village, such as Zuo Quan's former residence in Dongyan Village, Wangbei Kiln Site, Zhudongshe Temple, Guandi Temple in Wang Nan, and Hutuo River Water Conservancy Scenic Area in Yuanping. There are some specialties, such as Yuanping pear, avocado, Baitagang dry cigarette, Tongchuan crisp pear and Yuanping crisp pear.
