2. Call the customer service hotline of the provident fund management center for self-inquiry, call the customer service hotline of the municipal housing provident fund management center, and enter the personal housing provident fund account number or housing provident fund loan account number according to the voice prompt, so as to self-inquire the balance of the personal housing provident fund account or housing provident fund loan account, and at the same time inquire about the laws, policies and handling regulations of housing provident fund.
3. Employees can query the personal housing provident fund account information and the current year's deposit on the computer query terminal of the housing provident fund in the comprehensive service hall of the Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Real Estate Management with their ID cards.
Housing accumulation fund refers to the long-term housing savings paid by state organs and institutions, state-owned enterprises, urban collective enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, urban private enterprises and other urban enterprises and institutions, private non-enterprise units, social organizations and their employees. The Housing Provident Fund Management Committee shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Bank of China, designate a commercial bank entrusted with the financial business of housing provident fund (hereinafter referred to as the entrusted bank); The housing provident fund management center shall entrust the entrusted bank to handle financial services such as housing provident fund loans and settlement, as well as the establishment, deposit and return procedures of housing provident fund accounts.
Ninth housing provident fund management committee shall perform the following duties in the management of housing provident fund:
(a) according to the relevant laws, regulations and policies, formulate and adjust the specific management measures of housing provident fund, and supervise the implementation;
(two) according to the provisions of article eighteenth of this Ordinance, formulate the specific deposit ratio of housing provident fund;
(three) to determine the maximum loan amount of housing provident fund;
(four) approval of housing provident fund collection and use plan;
(five) to consider the housing provident fund value-added income distribution plan;
(six) to examine and approve the report on the implementation of the plan for the collection and use of housing provident fund.
