Hegou lotus root is named after it was produced in Hegou village. Hegou Village is located in the north of Daotunwa, about 4 kilometers west of the county seat, with a total area of 66. 1 square kilometer. In the past, the vast waters, excellent water quality and thick sediment here were very suitable for the growth of aquatic plants. This is a natural and good place for Phragmites communis and lotus flowers to grow.
