Li Daoyuan (about 466, 469, 470 or 472 -527 AD) was born in Zhuozhou, Fanyang (now Zhuozhou, Hebei).
He has read widely since he was a child. When I was young, I traveled with my father in Shandong to seek waterways. Later, he traveled the Qinling Mountains, north of Huaihe River and south of the Great Wall, inspected river valleys, collected relevant customs, historical stories, stories, myths and legends, and wrote 40 volumes of Notes on Water Mirrors. He is the famous Li Daoyuan.
Li Daoyuan's life is full of adventures and adventures. He is not afraid of dangers and obstacles. He has an indissoluble bond with water. He devoted his life to the rivers of his motherland. Shui Jing Zhu is the most comprehensive and systematic comprehensive geography work in China. It introduces more than 1500 rivers in detail and describes his magnificent and fleeting years.
After the Northern Wei Dynasty, Notes on Water Classics became a compulsory course for rulers and water conservancy officials in past dynasties. By the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the study of Zhu had become a specialized subject called "Zhu".
2. Liu Bei?
Liu Bei (161-June10,223) was born in Zhuoxian County (now Zhuozhou City, Baoding City, Hebei Province) at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty.
In the last years of Emperor Han Ling of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Liu Bei entered the political stage at the end of the Han Dynasty for his meritorious crusade against the Yellow Scarf Army, and was assisted by Zhuge Liang only after three visits to the thatched cottage.
In the 13th year of Jian 'an in the Han Dynasty (AD 208), Sun Quan defeated Zhou Yu and Cao Cao in Chibi, and then won five counties in Jingzhou and Yizhou. After Liu Bei captured Hanzhong and repelled Cao Cao, he became the king of Hanzhong in July of the 24th year of Jian 'an (AD 2 19).
In the second year of Wei and Huang Dynasties (AD 22 1 year), Cao Pi forced Emperor Han Xian to abdicate in October last year. It was widely rumored in Shu that Emperor Han Xian had been killed, so Liu Bei acceded to the throne in the south of wudan, Chengdu, with the title Zhangwu. The following year, Wu Dong was defeated and suffered heavy losses, and returned to Baidicheng.
3. Zhao Yun
Zhao Yun was born in Zhengding, Changshan (now Zhengding, Hebei).
In the 13th year of Jian 'an (208), Cao Cao sent troops to attack the south again. At that time, Liu Biao had just died, and his son Liu Cong succeeded to the throne, and sent messengers to ask Cao Cao to surrender. Liu Bei was caught off guard, so he led the army south and fled to Jiangling, but Liu Bei was unwilling to give up the people who volunteered to follow him. He could only walk more than ten miles a day, so Cao Cao sent light cavalry and fast horses to chase him, and finally caught up with Liu Bei near Changsakan in Dangyang.
Liu Bei left his wife and children, took only dozens of riders and fled south. At that time, Liu Bei was told that Zhao Yun had gone north to take refuge in Cao Cao. Hearing this, Liu Bei hit the accuser with a halberd and said, "Zilong won't leave me."
Soon after, Zhao Yun really held Liu Bei's youngest son and protected Liu Bei's wife, Mrs. Gan, and went to Liu Bei's side. Later, Liu Bei appointed Zhao Yun as the general yamen.
After Battle of Red Cliffs, Zhao Yun followed Liu Bei to pacify the land south of Jingzhou. Liu Bei appointed Zhao Yun as a partial general, replacing Zhao Fan who surrendered, and concurrently serving as the magistrate of Guiyang (now Chen County, Hunan Province). Zhao Fan has a widowed sister-in-law named Fan Shi, who looks very beautiful. Zhao Fan wants to betroth her to Zhao Yun, and wants to marry Zhao Yun. But Zhao Yun insisted on disagreeing and said, "We have the same surname, and your sister-in-law is the same as mine." .
At that time, Zhao Yun was advised to accept this beautiful woman. Zhao Yun replied: "Zhao Fan was forced to surrender, and people's hearts are unpredictable, not to mention there are many women in the world." Soon after, Zhao Fan took the opportunity to escape, and Zhao Yun was therefore unaffected.
4. Zu Chongzhi
Zu Chongzhi (429-500) was born in Fanyang County (now Laishui County, Hebei Province).
In astronomy, Zu Chongzhi created a famous new calendar in the history of China-Daming Calendar. In Da Liming, he quoted precession for the first time, which was a major reform in the calendar history of our country. He also adopted the new leap week of 39 1 144 leap month, which is more accurate than the leap week of 7 leap months invented in ancient times. The regression year and intersection days calculated by Zu Chongzhi are very close to the observed values.
Mathematically speaking, the true value of pi calculated by Zu Chongzhi should be between 3. 14 15926 and 3. 14 15927, which is more than a thousand years earlier than that in Europe.
In terms of machinery manufacturing, we have made a copper compass car, a water hammer mill that uses hydraulic rice milling to grind the surface, a "thousand-mile boat" that can travel hundreds of miles a day, a leaky kettle, scorpions and other timing instruments.
5. Chai Rong?
Zhou Shizong Chai Rong (92 1 1 9591October 27th-July 27th) was the last emperor of the Five Dynasties, who reigned for six years. Xing zhou (now Longyao County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province) was born in Chaijiazhuang, Yaoshan.
